Ordered a turbo nozzle asked for advice on which one they told me I need a 60 jet and it’s no good for my machine phoned up to see if I could exchange and one of your guys said no

As the parcel has been delivered, the next step would be to check the location shown in the photo, or ask anyone at the property who may have taken it in.

My new blue water bin has a float.t in it…

My new blue water bin has a float in it to stop over filling,after day one it stopped working,,I've asked the seller for a replacement one to have a email stating wants to see it working and what machine IAM using.The machine has nothing to do with it .

Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the float valve — that’s definitely not what we want for you.

I’ve looked back through the messages, and the only reason we asked for a quick video and details of your setup was so we could confirm exactly what’s gone wrong and send the correct replacement. Some faults look similar but have different causes, so we always check first to avoid sending the wrong part again.

To get this sorted for you now, can you let me know whether you still need a replacement float valve? If so, I’ll arrange one for you straight away.

Very bad service

Very bad service. I bought some things and they didn't arrive on time, and what was missing was sent 3 weeks later. They didn't give any compensation, and communication with the customer service center is terrible.
