I requested a sample to trial before I bought and Simply envelopes acknowledged my request & sent it out by the next working day. I found the website easy to use and find the specific sizes too as some of the other websites didn't 'break the search down' into sizes. Once I ordered they again had delivery out to me via courier the next day
