they dont reply to emails an there suport@enomrr email is a bad domain

Their funds refill option is two slow! They claim it's due to security checks! But other websites online do the same security checks in few minutes it can take up to 3 days if you don't control before your refill appears it's really annoying!

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this company to caution potential future clients about their practices. I encountered an issue where I requested a refund for a domain renewal after transferring the domain, only to be met with a rigid and unsympathetic response. Despite multiple notifications regarding the domain’s expiration and the renewal fees being charged until 03/27/2026, the company flatly refused any form of refund, citing their policy.

What’s more disheartening is the lack of understanding and flexibility in their customer service. The cost of their services is significantly higher compared to other providers in the market, which one might justify if paired with superior service or customer care. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.

Their strict adherence to policy without room for customer circumstances, combined with premium pricing, does not equate to value for money. This experience has been not only frustrating but also eye-opening, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers who value customer satisfaction and fairness.

Please consider this review as a warning to tread carefully or better yet, choose a provider that respects and values your business and doesn’t just see you as another transaction.

I ADDED THE MINIMUM WHCH IS 25$ AND ASK REFUND AND THEY DISABLE MY ACCOUNT

When I started working with Webware around 2017, 5 years had passed by already and today I have totally different experience, as a business owner with not experience in 2017 when I started my business, I paid around $1000.00 to build my website plus around $399.00 in monthly basis per month under contract for a year. In these 5 years, I did SEO about three times more or less, and I got no results. I can said my experience is much better with technology. I have knowledge about Google My Business, SEO, Google Analytics and social media. I was giving my money away. I DO NOT RECOMEND WEBWARE for business owners who has not experience on teghnology building website, my website was beautifull but I was never the owner of the website, hosting and domain. When I decided in 2023 left webware they cancel everything providing me with dificult information to renew my domain sing in to renew domain was difficult to communicate with the ENOM domain provider for freshandshiny.ca, and they just block my sing to lose the chance to renew and keep my domiain, now is in redention for $250.00 dollars to keep it and $49.99 in monthly ,basis when before was $14 a month. Just keeping this website I was paying $55 dollars a month for yearly total of $660.00 plus 5 years $3300 only for the website plus all the SEO that I paid to then that never work properly as Google consider inapropied and spam. they were Google my business parners and never see what google said about the blogs they were posting. just give away my money. 5 years working with then now I have to buy everything again, very bad experience. Good luck if you decide to choose them to manage your business. I recommend please search on youtube and learn first if you are planing to be a business owner, to be sucessfull and choose to build your own website and choose a serious and honest hosting and domain provider, Google my business is free and you can do it yourself plus many options with your gmail account. I got robbed by enom, Yesterday I purchased a premium domain for $1200 and after that domain was successfully transfered to my enom dashboard but after few hours my account was locked by enom and they dont let me log in to my account, I contact them and they was saying the domain was stolen and now the domain is transferred to someone else account, The thing is their one of scammer sell the domain first unofficially and after few hours they take the domain back and keep the stolen money too, My god I lost my hard earned money, Guys please stay away from this scam registrar they are officially scammers.

Enom is by far the worst domain provider I know.
We used Enom for reselling domains out of WHMCS and were initially surprised by the extremely high prices. However, we continued to use enom because according to WHMCS, enom is the best supported provider. Within a short period of time we noticed that the Enom web interface still looks like it did in 2014 and instead of more features it now has less features.
Furthermore, the request of AuthCodes does not work with Enom so that you have to request them via a ticket. When I requested the AuthCode for a domain to migrate it to another provider, I was first told to try to request the code again, it must work. When I then stressed that no AuthCode arrives, I received one by ticket, which did not work, so I contacted enom again after several back and forth enom sent me another AuthCode which again did not work. Unfortunately, the domain was at that time shortly before the RGP so I told enom that they should hurry up with the AuthCode. Enom did not contact me for 2 days and the domain had expired. Enom charges for the restore of a .de domain 250$. Which is usurious in my eyes. I was able to restore the domain for 20€ with the AuthInfo2 procedure directly through the German domain registry (DENIC).
So all in all enom is extremely inkopetent and should be avoided. The guys have no idea what they are doing.

Once again a terrible experience. They have so many cheap tricks to lock clients.

One of this is: they don't show the auth code in the admin area (like every registrar does), so it gets tricky to get the auth code if you can't access the email. With another registrar, in the same situation you just change the email without locking the domain for 60 days. With them yu have to renew first, sinc you can't change email for an expired domain.

Absolute disgrace!

The latest in my experience having spoken to an Advisor.

I asked for a breakdown of TLD grace periods, redemption periods and the prices for each. Since ENOM know when to charge the reseller and for how much, this information is readily available to ENOM. However, when I requested it (as a potential reseller), this was, and I quote, their reply:

"This information will not be compiled for you. Is there anything else we can help you with?"

Enom also have no interest in charging in their reseller's home currency causing problems with fluctuating foreign exchange rates when the amount of markup any new reseller can charge is tiny in order to be able to compete in an over-saturated market place.

This means fluctuating foreign exchange rates can easily wipe out our profits and leads to me having to manually increase the price for around 500 TLDs with extreme regularity.

The fact that they have no interest in charging in the reseller's home currency also makes their WHMCS domain sync module useless as there is no way of adding (either through WHMCS or ENOM) a conversion rate to update pricing en masse across multiple TLDs every time the market fluctuates. On top of this, they want me to get RSI from visiting tons of web pages to compile information they already have???

Most new resellers are one man bands. I was told that I would need to find RGP, grace periods and any costs associated directly from each TLD Registrar. Whilst I appreciate that TLD registrars can and often are responsible for managing multiple TLDs, this still means visiting around 500 different website pages (even where multiple TLDs are with the same TLD registrar and wading through tons of information in an attempt to compile the information.

What would I be paying ENOM commission for since they won't even provide information that they use on a day to day basis to operate and where it clearly isn't commercially sensitive if the information is readily available just spread across an insane amount of website pages.

Noteably, Enom have now reduced their RGP prices (even though they haven't updated this across all of their website pages) from $250 to $75 - suggesting that they have been ripping off their Resellers and their Reseller's Clients for a significant time.

Absolute joke and totally arrogant.

Also, although ENOM are charging UK VAT, they do not appear to know their GB VAT number (with me having spoken to multiple Advisors and having raised tickets) that, to the best of my knowledge, is required and they cannot explain how they actually pass the money on to the UK government without it.

IF they are charging VAT and not passing it on to the UK Government, that is, by the way, totally illegal and it has implications for how UK businesses treat ENOM transactions for accounting purposes.

Being VAT registered, if the VAT is genuinely being passed on to the UK Government by ENOM, then we are entitled to claim back what we pay as we are VAT registered.

Although ENOM have offered to stop VAT being charged (on account of us being VAT registered), whether they are VAT registered in the UK or not also still affects us as we would need to apply reverse VAT rules in our accounting if the money is being passed on to the UK government.

IF they are not passing it on, then we'd simply ask for it to be cancelled off based on our VAT registration and not bother accounting for it as it'd not genuinely be VAT anyway by virtue of there being no method of passing it on.

Provides ISP services to spammers and they ignore complaints to their listed abuse address in their WHOIS record. Spam community will proceed to blacklist their IP address ranges since the company is a menace to safety on the web. Linkedin page looks fake.

They suspend your domain without giving you a proper declaration even if you provide proper documents. They will not unblock the domain. I send them a lot of mail but I haven't received any update. After Your domain expiry date, they send your domain to the GoDaddy auction to make a profit. Stay Away from Enom. If you are planning to buy a domain from any company you need to be careful.

Pure scammers. Do not touch them with a 10 foot barge pole. They took our money and 24 hours later still haven't issued us with our refill. Their customet service has a don't care attitude, complete refusal to help or look in to the issue. One agent kept lying to me and was very incosiderate and condescending. The list goes on. 24 hours to receive something you paid for which is digital is unacceptable. We're still waiting for the refill now.

They are quite tricky company. Every year increasing domain cost. Also if you late even 1 day to renew directly passing to their sister company and sell you back with high price. Stay away from this site!

Terrible service, been trying to get help from them for 4 days and no reply to emails , support tickets , Twitter message and phone calls , it’s like there is no one working there , hopefully they get shut down as it’s the worst company in the world to try and get help from , I can’t believe how painful it is trying to contact an online company online

Terrible company. They advertise these great resell rates, but you end up paying more in fees and taxes than when you would use another company. The support was friendly though

Very bad company. After I deposit $150, they locked my log in saying the security team evaluate your login. what about my deposit, my domains and my customers?

Every day I send emails to them, they reply no solutions during 1 complete month.
I told them I want to transfer my domains, they do not reply

Don't do it please don't!! Enom is junk.. They had a so called planned migration on Jan 15th (got the email on the 7th) It actually did not happen until the 16th and all sites went offline. All my clients lost thousands of dollars due to the sites being offline for over 48 hours. Now I cant even transfer my domains (spending hours trying to get EPP keys). Best of all no answers from support anywhere. I am literally stuck.

They litterally took my 50$ "Security Deposit" for the Nameregisering Module (WHMCS) and then blocked me after 24h of being "reviewed". I can not Log In and Support is nonsens. Beware! This Company is a Scam!
