I had a great experience with the English tap ware company. The tap I wanted wasn’t available but other options were. I accepted the brass tap ware and it looks fantastic I needed to act swiftly because my husband was going to buy an inferior product. The tap was delivered promptly and the staff were very helpful. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Linda at The English Tapware Company for a few months. Linda is very patient, helpful and knows exactly what she is talking about across numerous products. Never pushy and always attentive, I could not recommend The English Tapware Company highly enough. Thank you for providing superior products, service and attention to detail.

The product was misrepresented online. The plastic blue and red hot and cold water tabs (Australian requirement) were not shown in any images and when I called to inquire- I thought I had been sent a different model- I was meet with a arrogant “oh well” response and told to exchange that I would have to pay for shipping back to the Melbourne warehouse instead for simply taking it back to the Sydney store. If I had have known what it really looked like I would have chosen a different model. Disappointing!

I am extremely happy with my purchase and very impressed with the high standard of service and communication regarding my online order.

Linda was brilliant!
From our first visit to the showroom, all the way through the VERY lengthy COVID-induced manufacturing and shipping (our tap sets actually came by sea from the UK) delays, to aftersales support in supplying a longer spout for one of the tap sets, Linda conducted herself at the highest level of professionalism and kept us updated the whole way through.
The quality of the tap sets is a stand out and the brass is aging beautifully.
