If I could rate 0 stars I would

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had an event to attend so over a month prior, I ordered an outfit from empress mimi for nearly $300. A week later, I got a message that they were out of an item in my size. They said they could give me a different size or they could give me store credit. I asked what sizes they had and confirmed I would take a different size. I never got an answer. I emailed several more times over the span of two weeks. By this point, I knew that I would not get the item in time for my event. They never answered my messages, never refunded my money, never sent my order. I had to call my bank to get my money back. I'm deeply disappointed and I don't have anything to wear to this event because I spent so much on my order.

No confirmation, no shipping info, no contact

I bought a lingerie set from them and received a "congrats on your first order" email but never received an actual purchase confirmation, nor did I receive any shipping info despite paying for tracked shipping. I checked my profile with them and it had my order as being "unfulfilled."

I emailed them requesting the information for my order and never received a response. Over a week later now, my order says "fulfilled" but I havent received my order or any information pertaining to it. I've sent them a second email and if I don't hear from them in a week I'm filing a charge back to my card. I've never had a company have such a horrible lack of responsiveness and not even sending an order confirmation.

This lingerie is incredible 🤯
I have some unusual proportions, so I'm always hesitant to try a new lingerie company. Its usually very difficult to find the right fit for me, but the Empress Mimi size chart made it super easy and was spot on! Everything fit perfectly!
The materials are fantastic too! Even the lace and mesh are buttery soft.
Had an initial issue with my order, but Jezza with customer service made it right.
I will definitely be ordering from this company again!!

I am at lost at where to inquire for an…

I am at lost at where to inquire for an item that never arrived with the package.
I've sent multiple inquiries (through website/through customer service) and never got an answer, yet I receive multiple marketing emails DAILY from the company.
I waited long to get the order, which was missing an item and never got an answer. Extremely disappointing.
The items I receive look ok. But unacceptable that nobody is answering any email or following up for the missing one.

Jezza is an amazing customer service…

Jezza is an amazing customer service rep. The lingere is lovely - so good to have adjustable options that have a bit of something unique about them (though I wish they would make the rewards easier to use and also wish they would bring back more silk/luxury fabric options. Oh Kiki and Oh Coco were so good I bought multiples but they are sadly discontinued)

Empress Mimi delivers quality products and service! These days, that tends to less and less the case. Over the years, I’ve shopped for items for my wife. She has never appreciated more, the fun experience of the beautiful, sexy, perfectly fitting garments, that she has received through the monthly program. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Actually, I can give 10 stars!

Very Helpful

I had gotten an email that my package was delivered, but it hadn’t arrived. The tracking number was not helpful, and I was worried. Through help from Jezza and Isabel, they helped me get the information I needed. Wonderful customer service.

I love everything about Empress Mimi…

I love everything about Empress Mimi and own probably 75% of their sets. I love what they stand for and that their designs are unique (NOT STOLEN as you see so many other brands do), wire free but offering full coverage, size inclusive and sustainably made using deadstock fabrics. You can't go wrong!

Cute - good sizes

Love how cute the lingerie items are, colors and designs. Love the prices and it definitely doesn’t seem or feel cheaply manufactured. LOVE the extended sizes (I made references to my friends). I learned I’m a L; I’m 5eight typically weight 175 and my bust is a 36 D .

Received On Sale Item Half the Price of What I Paid for the Queen Box!!

I have ordered a few times from them before with no issues, but it's been awhile. In the past the lingerie comes in a nice sturdy box each set on their own. This time I have received the items packed in cheap plastic film bags, and my queen box item that they picked for me is one that I have filled in that questionnaire that I do not want, and it's currently on sale and half the price of what I paid for.

I have already contacted Empress Mimi via their website prior to posting the review, and emailed them after as advised by their reply on this review, they have neither responded nor refunded me.

Edit on 10/02/2025:
I was offered another set as compensation but they have none of the ones I want in stock. I was then offered store credit instead which I have agreed to, and asked how long the credit would be valid for. It's been another 2 weeks since, I haven't received any reply nor any store credit.

Missing items, no response

I have sent their customer service address info(at)empressmimi.com multiple emails in the last 7 days about missing items from my New Years Sale orders. I did not get a response about any of my messages, and I'm still missing these items. I have been a high paying customer for a year, but I canceled my $100 a month subscription and will not be shopping their site anymore because I'm still missing a full set, 2 accessories, and a bundle that I paid for on January 4th.

High quality garments and top tier service.

High quality garments and top tier customer service.

I ordered a few sets right after Christmas for my partner's birthday, and my order was processed fairly quickly, despite customs delays. Unfortunately upon receipt of my order, I was missing one of the sets I'd ordered, and sent off a request to their customer service. Despite the big time differential, Jezza and their team were able to assess my order's status, told me plainly there was an unfortunate cross of high demand and production limitations that had shorted their stock for one size, and provided options for refunds or alternative sizing that should still satisfy. I've now just got to wait for shipping and customs again to fully receive my order with better fitting modifications possible.

I'll just make sure to jump on the end of year sales sooner to hopefully beat the rush of orders.

Jezza was amazing and very patient in…

Jezza was amazing and very patient in guiding me and advising me thru the return process. I had gotten a set for my babe, but it was not the right choice for her (my bad). Yet Jezza kept in touch and made our Empress Mimi experience even better. Empress Mimi's design are to die for, yet my girl is very conscious of her body (deliciously curvy) So it is not easy to buy for her.
