I had an issue with firstly receiving a damaged item, and then the replacement size not coming back in stock. Jezza first gave me a credit and assisted me immediately. When I needed further accommodations with the credit, she went above and beyond for me. On top of this did I mention how beautiful their designs are? They're also comfy and sensory friendly. Highly recommend Empress Mimi!!!

Poor inventory tracking. Store sells inventory they don't actually have and failed to update it on multiple items. Standard procedure is to refund to original payment instead of sending a bunch of emails for each item and default to worthless store credit.

Love the sets and it's always a nice surprise whenever I receive my subscription box. Customer service is also always polite and helpful and they reply promptly. Can recommend!

Timely address change when ordering. Jezza was quick to help and re-address my order when I placed an order that had autofilled my former address. I’ve been a subscriber for just 2 months now and the level of customer service I’ve had from Jezza in particular has been amazing - I had a number of issues with my account (like creating 2 accounts by mistake!) and she’s been polite, supremely patient and tends to respond really quickly. It’s a forgotten art for some businesses, so I would definitely recommend Empress Mimi both for their products and business ethos based on my experience so far. The underwear itself is honestly worth every penny! I have a number of health problems causing chronic pain, which sadly means I can’t really wear underwired items any more without extreme discomfort. I think the creators of these stunning sets have actually considered a lot of things on a mission to design underwear to make any woman feel like a goddess (or a goddess again, for some of us who have had any kind of life changing event, from cancer, to weight gain, to peri/menopause, etc.) I’ve even got 2 sizes in one set just in case my weight fluctuates as it’s so beautiful. I can’t wait to receive the next surprise box in the post, it’s an amazing gift to yourself! If I could give them 6 stars I would - I can’t recommend them enough.

Jezza has been working hard to ensure the return has been accurate and working smoothly. The order was created incorrectly in the beginning, it they have ensured it is fulfilled properly. As soon as we get the order corrected we will be ordering something. Else.

Response was quick when I was missing an item, and so far, I am quite happy with the quality of the pieces!
