Excellent Customer Experience
Jack Keeling was extremely helpful and fulfilled my vehicle requirements at very short notice at price I wanted to pay. Had possession of my new Ford Puma within 7 days of order. The service Jack provided was very thorough and informative both before and after sale. Would not hesitate to recommend John Grose dealership to anybody looking to buy a Ford vehicle.

This was the 9th car we have bought from John Grose. As always James was great to deal with and considering we live in Leicestershire we are more than happy to travel to Ipswich to collect our cars. The staff are very friendly, the showroom is always spotlessly clean and everything has been prepared so I was there less than an hour to handover my px and collect my new kuga
