I ordered a medal in good faith. I had in my innocence expected that the ribbon would be attached to the medal 🏅 and it would have a pin 📌 to attach it to my uniform. But alas No.
It's of no use to me as is...unable to use it.

Took along time for order to arrive,I forgot I had made an order,but well packaged.

Cannot fault the service and quality. One comment is that my last order to Spain which cost £5, because it was 'tracked' it will get stopped at customs and i had to pay an extra €6.39 in duty....

Update 18/06/25: The problem discussed below has been resolved and I’m adjusting my rating accordingly. items are good quality and if you are not in a hurry then it is all good.

I ordered two items, only one arrived (though there was a card stating 'Order Packed with Care' and a banana toffee sweet that doesn't really make up for it). No word on where the missing item is.

They not answer emails and didn't pick up the phone the one time I called their number.

The miniature medal I ordered and actually did receive is OK.

Professional, fast, epic product

Fantastic service answered all my emails quickly, my partners medals were in an awful state in fact they were black, the ribbons were dirty and to be honest I had my fingers crossed the whole time they were away,
But it was well worth the wait, he is over the moon how well they look,
Highly recommend Empire Medals for cleaning and remount

If you’re going to purchase one of the medal frames with regimental colours as a background don’t waste your money. Whilst its construction is solid, that’s the only good thing about it. The finish on my Royal Engineer background was so dark that it may as well have been black in colour. Don’t bother upgrading the plaque, it’s rubber and looks horrendous. Plus you have to attach it yourself. Same goes with the clip that will hold the medals. Just spend a little more elsewhere, their frames truly aren’t worth it.
