I was in a very bad constipation…

I was in a very bad constipation situation from my trip out of town and I am Celiac so very sensitive when I called Emma in February 2026. Couldn't start till mid March per cold/flu but got product within 2 wks. Started with the 2 per day and REALLY helped. By 30 days I've been able to cut back to one a day "at times" and now I'm needing to place another order and will next week. Emma is the exact HELP I needed. Oh, and have lost 15lbs with light pool exercise weekly. I'm so glad I found this! Thank you providers of Emma !

I love using emma

I love using emma, it does help alot with my digestive issues. It's the best for me. I've tried quite a few different products. I also like that Mere keeps in touch. I wish I could use the services and other products from this company. I would love to. The drawback is that the company is American. I can't afford the difference of paying in American dollars nor can I afford the tariffs that are now charged for emma to come across the border. I can barely afford these add ons to the actual price anymore. Thank you.

After three bottles of Emma Relief

After three bottles of Emma Relief, it's been a great disappointment! After all the hype & claims, there has been virtually no improvement. No "well-formed stools", no reduction of flatulence, just a slight laxative effect.
Cannot recommend!

The product works

The product works. At least for me it has & I'm very grateful for that. I wasn't crazy about doing laxatives every couple of days. That's what gets the 5 stars. Unfortunately the website is horrible. A one star rating.
The headline 'Three signs of a toxic liver'. What? What are the three signs? Well instead of telling you what the three signs are, you have to sit through a thirty minute video that might or might not tell you. The product is good, the website is bad. Why they all are like that is beyond me.

Selfcare in a bottle

I’ve been adding these to my daily routine, and so far I’m really enjoying them! The capsules are easy to take, and I love that they include ingredients like magnesium and vitamin D. It’s a simple little wellness habit that makes me feel like I’m taking better care of myself. Definitely excited to keep using them!

In desperation I got suckered by the lengthy sales pitch...

I tried to cancel my order within hours of placing it, AFTER reading reviews. Then I tried the "money back guarantee". THAT was even more frustrating. I had suckered into purchasing FIFTEEN bottles of this stuff! The box sat unopened for weeks, for I didn't trust the company following failed "guarantee". I was miserably constipated, often going 4-5 days without any action down there. For YEARS. FINALLY I gave in and opened the box. I started with two capsules a day, one in the morning/one in evening. Oh. My. Gosh. Within two days I found relief. I followed this routine for a few months, experiencing relief ON THE DAILY. I have tapered off to 1 or two a day, or even skipping a day as they are expensive and I have found my system is doing MUCH better, and is not as reliant on them as I was the first few months. No more shooting pellets every 4 days, and the discomfort from bloating/difficult bowel movement. I HAVE BECOME THE BELIEVER. No ****! I mean... yeah, there's that. Every day. And I can even schedule it around my work day. HUGE bonus! YES, I will be purchasing multiple bottles again. My suggestion? Buy just one bottle and give it a shot. I found relief in just a few days. Assume there is NO GUARANTEE, as I found that is QUITE the hassle. EMMA probably doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me. If you are having issues with bloating, infrequent/uncomfortable stools? You owe it to yourself to give EMMA a try. Constipation has been a life-long issue for me. EMMA started working in TWO DAYS, and made me a regular fella in two weeks time. Do yourself a favor. ONE bottle. It either works, or it doesn't. I truly hope it does for you what it has done for me. I gave EMMA 4 stars due to the huge hassle of "money back guarantee", but it's a 5 star product.

I started with Emma and need help...

I started with Emma yesterday and did not have any results yet. will try again today.
I need results quick as I am constipated yet.

I have read the Reviews and found that it might take few days to work.
I have been constipated for the last three days and would like to know what to do until Emma starts to work.
What can I take to relief my self.
I am 98 years old and still have good health.
The only thing wrong is constipation.

Getting over my gut problems

My husband and I have been taking Emma…

My husband and I have been taking Emma for several months now after listening to the Doctors information. I take one tablet in the morning and one at night with meals . It has kept me regular at both ends of the day! One of the Emma staff rang me to follow up my order and discuss my problems . This was very helpful. My husband also takes the elimipure as he has colon damage from radiation. He is improving. We are about to reorder this product we recommend .

Emma is the first product that actually worked for me. I had surgery recently and they wanted me to stop all supplements. I insisted on Emma and they agreed. Ive been using it for 7 months and will continue.

My wife and I have both taken the Emma pills regularly for over a month now with no results of any kind, good or bad! I think maybe we got a placebo. I feel like it was worth a try, but nothing! We would not recommend it to anyone!

I am on medication for gastritis

I am on medication for gastritis. I had a lot of bloating and constipation, but since starting EMMA 8 months ago, I have been able to reduce antiacids and now have much less bloating and constipation

Great Stuff

Got off to a rough start re payment, but Emma was on top of it and even e-mailed me personally and also called. I was impressed.

I've been on Emma for just about a month and I am now seeing results - its wonderful after being constipated for years. I think its important to give Emma time to get results. We are all different, are bodies are different. Don't give up, give it time to work!!!! Thank you Emma!
