Emma helps you stay regular

Emma does help me stay regular. I found I only need 1 a day. I take it before I have coffee. I had to cancel my auto subscription since I only take 1, dose is 2 capsules. I will reorder when I start running low again. There's no such thing as a magic pill for weight loss, so I don't recommend it if that is what you are looking for. I have not lost weight taking it. I've been taking it for more than 2 years.

Finally results I can count on.

I've had problems for years with digestion. 4 Years ago, two weeks after a colonoscopy I was in the E.R. with a intestinal blockage. The prep and colonoscopy wiped-out all my good bacteria out of my colon. I was not given any post colonoscopy care. Should have taken all the botics, pre,pro,post. I promised myself never to let that happen again. So it's been, try this or that. It just wasn't helping liked I hoped until Emma. It's not a daily but rather every 3rd day. I will continue to use Emma with such good results.

This product really worked for me

This product really worked for me. I had to constantly take harsh laxatives, as I am older, and nothing helped. I tried this and now I am a believer. Usually next day relief, and many times same day. No straining and no harshness.

This is the second time Emma has helped…

This is the second time Emma has helped me. It happened really fast the first time, several years ago. This time is much slower. I have been taking it for 2 months now and only seeing slight improvement. So be patient, it will get you on track eventually!

It’s a process

I have been taking Emma for 8 weeks. At first I experienced good results with less gas and more regular bowel movements. However, I am now having more bouts of constipation. I am looking forward to speaking with an Emma representative who can advise me about what I can do to help me understand what is causing the constipation and get back on track to improve my digestive issues.

Has helped a lot

Has helped a lot but not going to solve everything. It does help taking everything morning and making sure to drink water and walk after meals. Stay away from junk food!!!

I have been trying to get a bottle of…

I have been trying to get a bottle of EMMA that was auto paid back in April and all that department has done is send immense amount of emails, I state my issue and get some stupid reply that "you are awaiting a response", and i've replied and it is going 3 months now and am getting really pissed off at your customer service.

Emma decided to hold onto my credit…

Emma decided to hold onto my credit card when I was never informed. They also decided to try to bill me a subscription when I want to order it myself when I am ready!! Also I think they wanted to charge me less for subscription then what was listed on their website???! Also they do not have a number to talk to human being so they must be so big they can't hire people to answer and assist in calls. I do like the product and use it but I feel alittle like the are trying to muscle the small guy!

GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

So, I am a complicated critter. I have been using EMMA since December, 2025, AND IT REALLY WORKS! Patience is all I can tell you. Some people, like me, have a more complicated stomach issue so things may take longer to work, but this product DOES work! Give it time and allow yourself to feel better! I do wish it was more affordable for those of us who truly want to use it long-term!

I have had results from Emma

I have had results from Emma. Prior to Emma, I had never had a bowel movement without taking a laxative or an enema. It feels great to sit on the toilet and just go. I haven’t had a bowel movement every day yet, but I am sure that will happen.

Emma works

Emma works. However, I have not experienced the reduction of the distended belly and amount weight loss I was expecting. Weight loss just leveled off.

Her infomercial is constructed like a scam

Her infomercial is constructed like a typical scam. At the beginning, she keeps saying, "I'll show you in a minute." lol....that minute comes 30 minutes later in the form of a magical pill (EMMA) that will "clean you out in 7 seconds." For most of the half hour, you're shown an abundance of common knowledge of the digestive system and intestinal tract. Her concoction has ZERO medical evidence to back up her claims. There are no peer-reviewed studies, and it's not been endorsed by any credible organization. Like typical infomercials, she includes actors who say EMMA has changed their lives forever. This type of "testimony" follows the standard model that TV infomercials use. Please remember: "There's a sucker born every minute." So, many suckers will believe these false claims and grandiose reported results. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Sam can shove EMMA up her bottom. Actually, that might work better. My GP told me that Metamucil is safe to take everyday. There are a few others that work on a temporary basis, but shouldn't be used long term (read the labels). Don't fall for this very clever charade that's dressed-up deceptively with its impressive muti-media presentation. Talk to your Dr. and be smart.

Okay I have to share this because I’m…

Okay I have to share this because I’m honestly kind of amazed. I’ve only been taking Emma for a few days and I’m already noticing a difference, which almost never happens this fast for me with supplements! My bloating has been so much more under control, like noticeably so, and my stomach just feels calmer and less sensitive throughout the day. I’ve also noticed my digestion feels more regular and my appetite has felt steadier too, not those random hunger spikes I usually get. The capsules are super easy to take, no weird aftertaste or anything, and they’ve just fit right into my morning routine. I’m genuinely excited to keep going and see what else changes the longer I take it. Definitely one of the more surprising wellness additions I’ve tried lately!

I have been suffering for years with…

I have been suffering for years with bad intestinal gas. After a hydrogen methane gas test my doctor had put me on very powerful and expensive antibiotics to correct this problem. After two tries, I had no success with this. I am on my fourth month of taking Emma and have had minor success with my gas problems. My bowels movements have also been altered but I am uncertain at this time whether it is for the better.
