was great at first always paid back before time i have good credit rateing also money in bank but they just put me on tempory hold suspending my account very strange

Very good service and good interest rate. Didn't use the credit for a few months and borrowed again a couple of weeks ago. Went to pay off the £85 i borrowed and had to do open banking for a review of my account. Now I am unable to borrow. Very strange because nothing has changed since I opened the account. So I've closed the account, which is a shame because it was a good service.

I have made a withdrawal it’s more than 36 hours now..but it hasn’t arrived in my bank account yet…I have written an email regarding that also..but no response…no help…like this I’ll end up paying for that which I haven’t received…poor service…

Great credit card different from the other one and mire much utile

Don't trust them.

I made three payment to my account and 2 of them are settled and one with the large amount is not credited, Barclays has confirmed that money has received by recipient bank and elfin market is not credited to my amount.

They will take your money from bank account when we do repayment and will not process the payment then they will continue to charge your account,

I am writing several emails to credit the same but no response. Their customer service is pathetic and no phone call service. Email response is very poor and no one care about in case of any issue.

I am not sure how FCA authorised to operate their business.

Stay away at any cost.

Shocking service been chasing them for days to resolve an issue i have unable to contact them on a phone number only by email poor service stay away from this crap firm they should be paying me compensation for the rubbish service

Very easy and simple to use, they approved a certain credit for me which was great and the monthly payments are good as well, very manageable. They are a good lender.

Used app and connected it to my bank it said "we are just running a few checks, this should take less than a minute" 27 hours later and it's still saying that. I emailed them and no reply... Not at all fast and no responses from them.
