I've ordered dresses and paid extra 45.00 $ for quick shipping. Half of the order arrived. The quality VERY poor. The rest never came. Never received the refund although I wrote several emails to those

I received the wrong color dresses and the quality is horrendous. The dresses I received look nothing like the pictures. What a scam!!!!!

The photos of the dresses I ordered show NO resemblance whatsoever to what arrived. I wish I could attach photos to this review because you would not believe what came through the post.

Ordered 7 Jan 2025. 3 Elegant outfits. Order was split. First order recieved.... Total shock!!!! Very cheap material. Did not look like pictures at all. 2nd order still not recieved. Today is 5 February 2025. Initially wanted to cancel.... Then I was told 15% handling fee will be deducted. Then I hoped it will be arriving soon. But no. Nothing. Cannot track order. Will send email to customer service. Definitely want to cancel order now. Will most definitely never order through Elopasion again.

The process for ordering was very easy. Though it has been a week now and no information with regards to the items being shipped yet.

The designs of all the dresses are beautiful.
This is my first order and I am very excited and hopefully that my choice of dress will be as beautiful like the picture. The quality and detail are stunning.
My gown is for me to wear at my son’s wedding, so I am very pleased to have found it.

If I could give 0 I would! The garbage that came in the mail was nothing that was in the description. There was NO netting. The material was like the worst slip ever made. The shirring was just printed on! I'm embarrassed I fell for this scam. And this was supposed to be worn at my daughters wedding. Never again.

I am the Mother-of the groom. I found your web site on Facebook. What drew me to look over your page was the selection and PRICE. How you can sell a dress at that price and stay in business is beyond me. Your dresses are so pretty. And when I receive my dress I am hoping its as pretty on me as it was in the models.

It’s been more then month and No dress , at the time of the purchase it said it would be shipped in 2 weeks and it hasn’t , I’ve emailed them and they’re response is to be patient I don’t think they are planning to send anything

I wish I was checking in the bigining they send me one garbage dress which I didn’t order it and all pages for return is fake and is not working and the price they showed on website at the end they charged you dibble price I hope they can find the owner and send them to the jail.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After around 2 month my 'order' arrived. I ordered it on 17 November and today it came. The dress (if you can call this dress) it's horrible in every way. It's not like the picture on the website. NO. NOT AT ALL. This is just a cheap see through fabric that they just made 3 holes to use. (What even to use?) Why this website is not down??? There are so many complains and that makes me wonder why the ones that are in charge of finding fake websites haven't done their job by closing those scammers that thieves, that ofc I'm sure if I even send back the dress (and ofc again I pay for it) they will never send me the money back. I really really wish that they would. But tbh I don't have any hope after all this, and those bad reviews about them make it even worse. I will never again buy something online from a website I never knew and without checking the reviews.

You are a company of scammers and thieves, and I am very sorry that I bought from you.

I didn’t get any response regarding my order and shipment neither through email or my cell phone..
I’m terribly upset with my first experience with you..

What a joke! I ordered what I was led to believe was a beautiful green dress with a rosette applied at the waist. The photo was gorgeous.
What I got was a thin piece of material with a printed rosette, and printed wrinkles. The material is cheap. It is nothing like what is pictured. It's a total ripoff!!
The company would not respond regarding a refund.
