Does not take returns as advertised and clothes run small.

Really pretty bathing suits. I should have gone up a size but they will work - and with all the extra swimming, I'm sure they'll fit better soon.lol

Do not, I repeat do not purchase anything from this company unless you're certain that you will keep it. I'm sure that they have some very nice merchandise, however, the return policy is not true!
They say to contact them and they will respond with information to return. I did so more than once until they finally responded. I purchased a bathing suit, a tankini, however, unfortunately it did not fit.
They offered me $15, and said I could keep the suit. Since it's of no use to me because of the fit, I said thank you, but wanted a full refund for my return.
Since then, I have sent endless emails however not a word since!
What am I supposed to do now!!!!!!!

ordered a dress and it doesn’t fit . Try to contact the service they listed and no one will answer me to send it back. So disappointed.

I ordered some dresses and they never came so I finally figured out that that stated I never put in my complete address. Well I did. They sent my order back and now if I want them I have to pay another shipping fee. Why does the go through if you supposedly did put complete address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!’

I would give this a negative star, if it were possible. I ordered 1 shirt and a sweatshirt. They did NOT look like the pictures on the ad. They are both VERY poor quality, and now the company doesn't want to give me a full refund. They advertised that the shirts were made in South Carolina, but the tags on the inside distinctly say, "MADE IN CHINA." They have no listing of the fabric content either... they advertise that they are cotton - NO WAY! The fabric feels like soft paper, and I would be afraid to wash either one.

BEWARE!!!! I would give a negative star if available- this company is terrible to deal with!!!! the fabric is incredibly cheap and they do not refund fully!!! save your money and buy elsewhere

The dresses look NOTHING like the pictures on website and the dresses are flimsy poor quality fabric.. also poor fit. Trying to get a refund is very frustrating.. I spent $87 for 2 dresses.. they offered me $14 and keep the dresses.. Why would I keep something I'll never wear.. would really like my money back. I would never buy from this website again!

I ordered & received two items from this company and both were of poor quality. Color and material not as expected.
I followed their instructions regarding a return and sending not one, but several emails to request return information for a refund and never received a reply.
Very poor customer service. :(

Dress was delivered quickly and it’s very pretty.

Ordered 2 dresses. The style wasn’t bad but the fabric not breathable .. summer dresses that you will def sweat in. I wanted to return one as the button closures down front left a gap even though the fabric hung well. Here’s where it starts . I emailed them stating I wanted to return a dress as I felt it had a design flaw and gapped from the top of dress to bottom. I did this a few days after I got it. The dress was about $65. The first email said we can give you $8 back and you can keep dress. I said I’d really just like my money back. Second email said how about $12.. and you can keep dress .. I responded .. no just money back please . 3rd email ( I kid you not) how about $20.. but if you return we are not responsible if it does not arrive.. still I say no… just waiting for the 4th email . So buyer beware .. if you don’t like it good luck getting money back regardless if it’s faulty or not.

Should have bought the Large. Wife is 5'6" - 160. Plan accordingly.
