I had an extremely disappointing experience. I transferred the money via Sofort, and they received it immediately. However, for three days now, they have been claiming they haven’t received it—even though the payment clearly went through.
The issue was not on my end, and even after their system was fixed, nothing moved forward. Why? Because apparently, they're waiting for a bookkeeper who only checks the bank account once a week. That’s completely unprofessional for any serious business.
The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero urgency or responsibility. Time clearly means nothing to them. I’ve rarely seen such terrible service and lack of accountability. If you value your time or expect even basic professionalism, I suggest you look elsewhere.
