Excellent customer service

This was my first order with this company and Royal Mail lost my package. Contacted customer services and Benita sent a replacement. Excellent customer service, will defiantly order from again.

Great service but don't order on a weekend

Paid on 16th, received on 19th.
Vaporesso ccell coils.
I made the order on saturday morning and had to wait till monday for dispatch.
Perfectly normal, we can't all be Amazon.
Once it was sent out it arrived the next day, because i paid an extra 50p for 1st class and was lucky.
This strikes me as a company that tries very hard and are certainly better than thousands of others.

10/10, was apprehensive at first as i haven't had good luck with buying ecig supplies online, turned up the next day and was exactly what i ordered, will definitely be buying again!

Ordered on the13th in the evening

Ordered on the13th in the evening. My order was delivered on the afternoon of the 15th. Very impressed with the service, also got a free pen and keyring. Highly recommend will be using again.

Good prices, reliable, friendly staff

Order from this company regularly. Packaging is good and thoughtful as to keep things from knocking around and spilling. Shipping is super fast and once had an after-care call from one of their staff to ensure my packages arrived safely and how they'll always label my parcels with instructions. Brilliant service and good prices. Highly recommended

Really good service

Really good service, ordered my vape juice and it was delivered the next day. The only thing was I got the double drip vape liquids on the 4 for £10 deal and they have run out in no time at all. Other than that excellent service!

2 weeks on and no item. Dont bother.

Waited nearly 2 weeks for an item to arrive after it had been dispatched, a couple of emails and messages later still no tank, only when I opened a case with PayPal against them I get sent tracking information showing it had been posted the day I challenged them using 48hr delivery however the tracking doesn't confirm where the parcel is goin too so it could be any tracking information as I'm still waiting.
I have ordered a replacement from a different supplier at extra cost now which is being shipped the same day.
Thank God for PayPal and credit cards being able to get your money back for you.

Assuming this is Susan's review, these are the facts. Delivery was indeed slower than it should have been. Dispatched 1st class 30/10 and arrived 06/11. That's not 2 weeks. The order was for liquid, not a tank. The postage info mentioned by the customer is fiction. Paypal dispute initiated by customer, then escalated to a claim, and promptly closed out in OUR favour by Paypal because customer had received the package. We replied to all the direct messages promptly, with apologies. What we declined to do was re-ship the entire order so soon, it's just not a reasonable request. There was just no compromising with this customer.

Excellent business with great service

I've used this online company for many years and I've never had an issue. Their products are genuine and great value for money. As a regular customer and knowing my love for a particular liquid, I received an unexpected phone call one day from a lovely lady to let me know they have heard that the liquid i always buy is not being stocked in the 18% strength anymore and she wanted to pre-warn me. She would however make enquiries to see where else they could source it from (different suppliers). That in my eyes is very good customer service and having the customer at the heart of their business.
Additionally, I have always received my orders in very quick time, normally within 48 hours of purchase. Only on the odd occasion has my package arrived and a product box has been damaged/slightly crushed (the packaging box that stores the bottles). In my opinion, the damage is caused by the manhandling and unintentional crushing during transportation by Royal Mail and has absolutely no bearing on this business as a supplier. (I've read some reviews on here re people moaning about damaged packages) ..at the end of the day, we throw the product boxes away (recycle them) as soon as we start a new bottle of liquid so I can't see what the issue is over a slightly crushed box!!
I for one am a very happy customer and will continue to order every month from this business..

I order vapes from this company all the time never had any problems. The last time though my vape didnt seem to work when arrived and a stuart davis sorted out a new vape for me free of charge what other company gives out customer service like that these days usually need 2 fight to get companies to refund/replace item. Pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't listen to bad reviews as I was replied to fast the one and only problem ive ever had.

Fantastic company

I'm really not someone who writes many reviews, however, Electronic Cigarettes Co have been nothing but amazing! I have been buying from this company for some time now and the first time ever, something has got lost in the post. As soon as I notified them, they got right back to me, after a couple of e-mails to understand what happened, they have now sent this item out to me again. In the past I have used a couple of sites to purchase coils, e-juice etc.. and a few months back a similar situation happened with another company where I bought some batteries, however, I'd bought the wrong size. Cutting a long story short, they basically told me it was my problem!! The company in question I spend on average £200 a month on e-juice!! Needless to say, my business will only be going to you Electronic Cigarettes Co. Thank you again :)

Do not order you will get ripped off!!

Ordered several bottles of eLiquid juice, on arrival all 6 juice boxes appeared damaged, 3 of the boxes that should have contained the bottles of juice were empty.

I informed electric cigarettes Co immediately to try and resolve this. They responded with absolutely no effort to resolve it and informed me I should speak to the person who opened my mail. I live alone.

Very unprofessional. First and last time I will ever order from these.

The claim was not sanctioned because the package weight proved the bottles were filled when the items were dispatched, and it's just not possible that they have arrived empty despite the packaging being intact. The claim wasn't for damaged goods. Our impression was the package looks a bit squashed in the post, but not damaged. For there to be empty bottles or boxes in the package the weight would have been significantly different to the weight we recorded as we sealed up the package.

Would not issue a refund

Would not issue a refund - I ordered the wrong coils by mistake but was told because I open it (which I did to check they were correct) they would not refund or send me new ones - very very poor service - avoid them use vape Club instead they are way more professional

Coils can usually be returned if the condition is new. If coils have been removed from their individual foil pods or wrappers, they cannot be returned. We think this is fair as the product is not fit for resale.

As a first time customer I am delighted…

As a first time customer I am delighted by the speed of the delivery, arrived the day after ordering even though it was the free second class option. Also I checked the Aspire items on the Aspire website which confirmed they were the genuine articles. This is a company I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
