I bought a Beamz Athena laser show in March. After using it a few times it began to cut out every fifteen minutes or so, but their website stated 3-4 hours in the q&a section.

So I added a negative review in the review section.

But they didn’t publish it.

So how can you trust a company who cherry picks good reviews and drops the bad ones, it’s the sign of a company full of Essex barrow boys, not a professional and honest organisation. And on this basis I cannot deal with untrustworthy people.

I ordered a product from Electro Market on a Sunday and was pleasantly amazed when it arrived the next day! Amazing service and a great product at a great price.

The item I ordered was delivered promptly and safely. Purchased at a good price. I will definitely purchase from ElectroMarket again.

Am excited with the product because the past buyers says much good about the product so I'm happy. Product is meant to ship 🚢 to Africa 🌍 and is currently waiting to go to Africa. Hope it will be OK 👍 like other buyers praise it. Also one of my friend bought the same from Amazon. Nice one

Its Good being able to talk to real people to progress enquiries questions and sort out problems. staff have been very helpful and recently corrected and progressed an order very promptly after a glitch with PayPal not passing the order through the system. I am very happy with the value products and customer service I receive from Electromarket.

KSadly fenton home speakers don't bother buying them, cone is made of paper my 8hmz Sony amp should have been perfect for 8hmz fentons Sadly not, without have amp on high which I dont ever do afte 4 mouths the speakers just went on me while I was listening to music, contacted you about this matter and your answer was you had them to loud my fault plus only had 60 days warranty but that isnt the point the speaker are rubbish, customer service is poor so I hope this review stay up because customer need to know how you deal with them, 50bpounds isnt a lot of money really the point is the speakers cone is paper poorly made one unhappy camper my name is john tuvey after reading your reply if thr speakers blow its because there poorly made, I choose your speakers because they would work with my amp.. your just a poorly run company using any reason not to correct the issue, its done now I just hope no sucker has to waste their money buying your poorly made speakers

Great product and customer service. My parcel was “lost” by Evri but Electromarket quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent, via In-Post, which I received the next day. I found customer service to be excellent and no hanging on the phone for hours waiting for a representative to answer.
