Lights I needed (x3) were in stock. Delivered quickly. Happy with price and service.
Should say packaging was not great and the boxes for the lights were all damaged…luckily the items themselves escaped harm and were fitted without issue. I do prefer not to rely on luck.

Happy with purchhase, let down by customer service
Product was good and it was the best price I could find. Before the order had been fulfilled I decided I wanted more. So I sent an email asking could I combine a second item with the original order to save on postage but there still hasn't been a response even now, two weeks later. So they lost the sale and I would look elsewhere now after using them for a number of purchases

Felt required as in trade needed to write this and i am sure they will gloss over with a reply. Ordered two item a drum 1mm cable and fused switchplate. Confirmed by phone call before ordering that items in stock, ordered on the 7 /4/2026. Chased order told takes 3 to 4 days to recieve. Chased again but staff lied as said order went on 13th but according to tracking not even picked up. Yet again phoned and now completed job made excuse as forgot to get scanned. Finally recieved order 15th (3 /4 days ? ? ) never touch company again espically lies told

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the frustration caused.
To clarify, the order was placed on the 8th and the items were stocked with the supplier, as stated on the product page (“Supplier stocked item – ordered upon purchase”). The stated lead time is 3–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends). The order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 13th, however it was not scanned by DPD until the 14th at their depot, which resulted in a one working day delay. We will also be feeding this back to DPD regarding the delay on the shipment.
We understand how important timelines are, especially when working to a schedule, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
