Don't buy any Eleaf product

I bought a battery on a store in Rome and payd about 65 euros. After less than 60 days the battery won't charge anymore and I back to the store and He kept the battery and sent to CHina. After more than a month they won't repair it or swap it because the found a cable disconnected and they want me to pay to fix it.....Honestly what kynd of garantee Eleaf is going to ofer us? Also they want me to pay for transport???? Do not buy any product on Eleaf....you'll waist your money.

Terrible customer service.

Didn't get any confirmation order via email from them. Went onto my account to check what was going on (two days later) and it stated it was still processing. I messaged someone from customer service and they became rude and defensive saying I had only ordered it a few days before and too wait for another few days. I think the hostile manner that this was dealt with, far exceeded the dreadful shipping service and lack of any communication. I won't use this website or brand again.
