Won’t charge!!!
Only had this item around 5 months and already saying battery low and unable to charge…. Can’t be used anymore. Very disappointed as this is the 3rd I’ve had, the 2nd lasted for a good couple of years before I had the same problem…..

I gave eleaf a call today to source some glass for my old tank that's been discontinued. After the call, the person I spoke to took it upon themselves to find what I was looking for and call me back with the info. That is absolutely superb customer service and I will be a customer for life. Thanks!

Appalling customer service, refuses to honour warranty after vape broke 5 weeks after purchase.

It's unfortunate because their products are usually pretty good, but, imo, they're going to lose customers with this sh**ty attitude towards customers and consumer protections/rights.

So goodbye Eleaf, our relationship has now ended. It's simply not good enough to have decent products and treat customers with contempt... not good enough at all.

I bought a sealed Eleaf iStick Power 2 mod from Amazon on 25th January 2025, now 31st August 2025, the device no longer charges, i tried Amazon returns but they direct me to Eleaf UK, initially they denied responsability, on questioning this they said the device was a consumable and guaranteed for only 6 months, they also advised the sealed batteries were expected to last only 6 months, great shame they do not advertise this, buyer beware when it comes to Eleaf products, think it fair to say you expect a £35 mod to last more than 7 months before dying.

Honestly the best vape store I’ve ever used I had an issue with an item and they replaced it straight away they are always quick with delivery and I will never go anywhere else 😊

Bought a 50 odd quid vape, they might aswell be labelled as single use, the charger port just breaks straight away, would never buy another one cheers for thst

Fantastic service from start to finish. Please don't leave Eleaf bad feedback when have not even purchased from them direct, (Ie markets or Ecig shops) its just crazy!! Purchased an I40 Mod. Great bit of kit. We have used Eleaf for years now, and upgraded from the old Istick, that has lasted us over 3 years. That includes 3 from all members of our family. Good reliable product. Thank you Eleaf.

I have now had 3 of your I stick batteries at a cost of each time over £40
They last about 4 month’s maximum before the charge point become loose and then is not able to be charged
Your products are fantastic but are let down by this obvious flaw
I could understand if this was the 1st time but it is not, and now it’s making me look at other products on the market
I really don’t want to change manufacturer, but surely at a cost of £40 they should last more than 3 to 4 months

bought two eleaf vapour stick in hand,both have failed to charge because of broken charger points(one was only after a week)-steer clear of eleaf

I bought two GS air tanks which appeared to be faulty. I sent eleaf a email and got a reply straight away from Imran. He sent me out two new tanks straight away and a prepaid envelope to send the faulty ones back. After I had sent them back Imran called to tell me what the fault was with the tanks. Very good service and very quick reply.

Bought a eleaf I stick, had it 8 weeks and the battery is leaking obviously dangerous, complained and told because I didn’t have proof of purchase, they will do nothing by the way they have taken 3 weeks to send 2 messages back to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Eleaf iStick P100 what a fantastic pod mod I have two now will be getting the other colours to make the set
The only gripe I have is the drip tip can be difficult to remove for cleaning

Dishonest business, doesn't care about customers. Sent me a defective product but refused to honor me with an approval for return. Do NOT do business with these crooks.

Worst coils and tanks going. Coils ruin in days and the tanks fall apart in days too. Bought 3 tanks in days and all fell apart or leaked everywhere.

Bought a battery which developed a fault.

Phoned them up, got straight through to a person in the UK and they're sending a replacement free of charge. Brilliant.

I know I shouldn't be shocked but customer service like this is rare these days.

Ordered a eleaf istick 2 unfortunately the courier delivered to the wrong address and I could not trace it anywhere. Sent a enail to eleaf and they sent me a free replacement straightaway with upgraded delivery. The mod is really nice and looks great and very comfortable to hold. Plus brilliant customer service from eleaf which is why I wanted to give them a huge shout out. Great stuff 👍
