Would highly recommend using Effective Pest Control . Kush came out promptly after our initial telephone call . He treated the issue and nothing was too much trouble. He phoned the next day to follow up after his visit and came back two days later. He was very knowledgable and gave us great advice . He was very polite and friendly . Thank you Kush for your expertise

Absolutely would not recommend this company.
From start to finish, it felt like a complete joke. They agreed to work with us, then disappeared — blocked our numbers, never showed up to a single meeting, and didn’t even bother to call or reschedule. I had to call from a private number just to get a response, and even then they claimed they were still interested… only to ghost us again right after.

It honestly felt like they were just wasting our time on purpose. As a business owner, it was incredibly frustrating — I spent over 8 hours preparing for onboarding calls and meetings that they never turned up for. It felt less like a professional company and more like two lads having a laugh at someone else’s expense.

If you value your time and want to work with people who actually take business seriously, I’d steer clear of these guys. ** Update ** He rang me back and said he would flood my business with 50-60 fake reviews so this proves my point **

Great service! I was really scared of a mice situation in my flat and they came to help the situation imminently. They calmed the situation down and took care of the problem in the best possible way. I have never experienced such great customer service. Really can recommend a reliable and safe service!

Positive experience regarding my mice infestation

Had rodent issue in our loft space, after contacting a few companies we got in touch with Effective Pest Solution from a referral from our neighbour. So glad we went with them as they not only got rid of the issue but let us know all the entry points and closed them off.

Effective solutions came out to my mums property when we had some mice. We made the call and within 3 hours I had a member of the team arrive. They firstly looked around the property, advised us correctly and then set the traps out in areas needed. Problem solved within a few days. I would recommend highly

This was my first time using effective pest solution as I was having an issue with birds nesting in my loft. Ryan was quick to find the point of entry and explained how he was going to solve this. I would recommend to anyone who is having rodents/pest issues. Very polite and professional.

Great service the engineer got rid of our mouse problem in my kitchen and was very knowledgeable.

Ryan attended my property very swiftly for an emergency i had. Was very polite & i cannot fault hes efforts to remove the problem in my kitchen. Highly recommend.

We had a mouse issue.
They attended very soon after my initial call to put down some poisons and traps. After a week or so they returned to remove the mice that had been poisoned/caught and we have had no issues since.
Very good and efficient work and would recommend highly.

He attended quickly to deal with a rat problem, talked us through the process and was on hand when needed, even coming back when we found the point of entry to lay more bait.
