Love the keyboard cover!

received the backlit keyboard for ableton (via their store on amazon)- the back light is terrible, makes the keys patchy, dirty and hard to look at. In daylight looks great but if you need the backlit on you will be extremely disappointed. the keyboard quality itself is basic, so dont expect pro grade keys, the website shows a nice even backlit glow on the keys, but its a printed key front that makes the backlit below each key extremely patchy, they know this, Ive read reviews and was stupid enough to think something this expensive would be different and people were btchn. The black space bar and enter keys are the worse, in fact their all bad. the website shows edited pictures and its nothing like that in real life, returned

Edit 10.1.2023 - received comms from company, and they do genuinely care about customers. A bespoke company working in a niche market. Developing products is complex and take my hat off to them for doing so, however, the backlit part of the keyboard needs further development.

great product! fits the keyboard accurately, good feel. and the best: it really helps me hitting the right keys right away; no more searching like "uh was it ctrl+k? or cmd+o?".

Excellent davinci resolve keyboard cover, fits perfectly, clear text.

I had to return two keyboards due to incorrect ordering (through no fault of their own) and retained the one I needed. The entire process was handled promptly and professionally.

Great product (editors keys for Mac running pro tools). Had the keyboard for a couple of years in a studio so it's seen some really heavy usage. Due to constant (and might I add) heavy handedness we lost a couple of keys. Emailed customer support for replacements, got back to me straight away and shipped me a couple out within a week. Great quality sturdy product, well worth the price they charge, and brilliant customer service to boot. Will remain a loyal customer. Thanks Lucian if you see this.

Incredibly quick delivery, cheap enough for me to buy and very glad I did. Fits very snuggly, perfect in fact. Easy to type on and I even tyoe emails with the cover on.

The symbols and this keyboard cover have reduced the time it takes to edit.

A colleague had this keyboard and after trying it out, I had to get one for my system. Been using the keyboard for about a week and love it. It's high quality, well built and has a nice feel to it. Not bulky at all. I definitely recommend! Shipping was also super fast to the U.S.

Easy, hassle free & superfast delivery! Had to replace one with a broken key to ensure workflow continuity, although a little disappointed I wasn't able to just replace the one key! An expensive experience...

Avid Media Composer Keyboard Cover - silicon and fits like a glove! After a US distributor switched from silicon to plastic, I've been in search of a quality keyboard cover to put on my keyboard, both to protect from spills but also have the keys for Avid Media Composer. The Editor's Keys cover was a perfect fit. Can't wait to try out all the other non-linear covers they carry later (and for other keyboard models). Just have to wait for delivery a tiny bit longer since they are UK based.

I received a defective Pro Tools keyboard. I contacted support. They had me ship it back. It cost me $95 USD to ship it. They sent me ANOTHER defective keyboard (non-working keys). Then support just ghosted me.
Save your money, don't spend it on these keyboards.

My keyboard arrived DOA. When I power the keyboard on the #1 Bluetooth light starts slow flashing and is not discoverable by either a windows 11 PC or a Mac. I have tried to perform a factory reset (hold ESC and 3 key while powering on and continue to hold for at least 10 seconds). No change in indication. I have opened a support case but haven't heard back in the last 2 days.

EDIT: EditorsKeys.com that was the first thing I did was to hold the #1 Bluetooth key down. It never stops slow flashing. I was requested by support to record a video, which I did two days ago. Still waiting on a response.

EDIT 2: the support team at EditorsKeys.com was able to confirm that I had a hardware issue with my original keyboard. Once confirmed they sent me a new one, which worked perfectly. Great customer support. The keyboard looks slick. I love the streamline design which saves valuable desk space. Keyboard is well made. My initial use with Premiere has already saved me a bunch of time. I'm looking forward to becoming more proficient with this new tool in my arsenal.

There was an issue with my order and Mark went above and beyond expectations to resolve it. Great keyboard as well. Recommended.

I purchased an FL Studio keyboard, its great! Unfortunately I found that after about 4 months there was an issue with 1 of the keys.
I contacted the company and within an hour had received a pleasant and understanding response from a human being, not a bot, this particular person was called Lucian.
Everything was resolved on the same day and the customer service was absolutely outstanding!
I dont write reviews on sites like this very often, however I am so impressed with the after sales service of Editors Keys that I felt I must do so on this occasion.
This is a really outstanding company!

2nd Edit: After getting in touch with support I was offered a new keyboard, but I just had to wait a couple of weeks, which seemed all okay with me. Having not heard back after a fortnight I messaged again. Apparently, they wouldn't get new stock in for months (they are in stock on the website). They then ask for proof of the keyboard not working, which I send such as the keys constantly pressing J even with the cap off. After that, they said they'll get me a replacement as soon as possible. It's been way over a month now and I still haven't heard anything. I asked for an update 2 weeks ago and never got a response. If you go on the website there are currently two versions (3 if you count the wired one) of the Premiere Pro Keyboard for sale. I think I'll have to do a chargeback at this rate. Really disappointing as at first the keyboard seemed okay, only for it to get worse and worse, including communication. I feel I've been relatively patient considering it's been over 2 months with a defunct product.

1st Edit: sticky keys keep getting worse. Incredily annoying on S as it's the magnet shortcut when editing...

Original: The keyboard feels good, and I've had it around a month now. However, some of they keys keep getting stuck, especially the S and B keys. So, occasionally the B key will just not work and the S will force anything i type to go 'sssssssss...' I got the Adobe Prem Pro keyboard.

This review is about some 'Above & Beyond' customer service from Editors Keys. I had a key break, and a free replacement was sent within a few days. When a second key broke on my older keyboard, they tried hard but a replacement key could not be located. Instead, they offered to send me a genuine Apple keyboard with the Editors Keys conversion! This was also sent out free of charge, so I couldn't ask for more really. Many thanks.
