Misleading delivery information
The items ordered were as expected but the delivery timing was very disappointing. The website said the expected delivery for 48 hour tracked would be 11th - 13th July. However, the package was only delivered on 15th July, too late for when it was needed. The expected dates had not included the weekend. The timing should say 2 -3 business days, which is how Royal Mail describes their service.

I am on the Pastoral team at our local…
I am on the Pastoral team at our local church and like to send cards to members of the congregation when they are having a difficult time. Cards like this are hard to find so Eden is always the place I go to and recommend to others. The choice is good, the value reasonable and delivery prompt. My only negative is that I’d like free delivery without having to spend a certain amount, maybe a loyalty scheme could work?
