Abysmal service
Abysmal service. Avoid at all costs. Advertising products they do not have in stock, 6 weeks from order date to delivery. I cancelled the order 3 times but it still arrived & now no communication to get it collected or refunded. I reordered the same item from a different online shop & it was delivered in 5 days.

Good experience ordering etc…delivery was quick too but unfortunately when I opened the really damaged box, the sunglasses were missing. I emailed edel optics immediately and raises the issue with PayPal. I didn’t get any email response but did get my money back. Would love to buy again but fearful of them been missing again. More secure wrapping may help?
