AVOID THIS SHOP! Terrible customer service, and massive delays. They promised to honor my custom request if I returned my glasses, only to go back on their word later. They claim they can't do anything beyond the basic prescription now—a total lack of logic and professional integrity. Save your money and go elsewhere.

First started ordering contacts and they’ve always delivered on time and never had issues with the quality of care, the product it self etc. I have also purchased prescription glasses as I needed an emergency pair it’s over a year now and that pair is my staple. Lense needs replacing (through my own fault) but the frame is in good shape.
