Very poor delivery experience with…

Very poor delivery experience with Ecoscooting.
My order was supposed to be delivered around March 20, but I never received it. The tracking showed a “failed delivery attempt”, however no one came to my address and no one called me. I was at home the whole time.
The status remained “in transit” since March 19 and did not change for many days. After contacting customer service, I was informed that my delivery would be prioritized.
Unfortunately, after waiting several more days with no updates, I received another message saying that my package is being returned to the sender.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The courier never actually attempted delivery, and due to this failure, I did not receive my order at all.
Order not delivered. The courier claimed a delivery attempt, but I was at home and no one came or contacted me. The package was returned to sender. Order number: PO-186-10802135634552591
I cannot recommend this service.

Muy mala experiencia con Ecoscooting.
Mi pedido debía entregarse alrededor del 20 de marzo, pero nunca lo recibí. El seguimiento indicaba un “intento de entrega fallido”, sin embargo nadie vino a mi dirección ni me llamó. Yo estaba en casa todo el tiempo.
El estado permaneció como “en tránsito” desde el 19 de marzo sin ningún cambio durante muchos días. Después de contactar con atención al cliente, me informaron que mi entrega sería prioritaria.
Lamentablemente, tras varios días más sin actualizaciones, recibí otro mensaje indicando que el paquete estaba siendo devuelto al remitente.
Es una situación muy frustrante e inaceptable. El repartidor nunca intentó realmente la entrega y, debido a este fallo, no recibí mi pedido.

No recomiendo este servicio.

The Courier

The Courier, because i couldn't open the door in 2 sec, started to kick and push the door of the apartment.. What kind of people do you employ, do you pay them enough so they dont hate their job?
but at least you managed to get the package delivered

Garbage service

Garbage service, parcels been out for delivery 4 days in a row, no attempts made to deliver, last 2 days vehicle broken as an excuse, no doubt fifth attempt tomorrow.....

EcoScooting Delivery in Portugal is a scam scheme

EcoScooting Delivery in Portugal is a scam scheme. They don´t delivery the packets and excuses with wrong address or nobody to receive. I have made more that 6 complaints telling that the address is correct and that this is an company open 24h a day. They call me asking for another address to be able to delivery on Easter holidays witch is very suspicious! The costumer support is also very bad and they put music instead of listening and try to solve the issues. Unbelievable! EcoScooting as more than 1400 complains in "Portal da Queixa" and some people says that they steal the packages contents. Stay away from them. They don't deserve to be in the market.

I refused delivery at my door.

He rechazado este paquete a mi puerta porque es falso.
El chico tenía que poner rechazado. No tengo el paquete. Ha puesto "Entregado" después de que le dije "Pon Rechazado"
¿Porque tú sistema no ha reconocido que no hay ni firma ni DNI?
He llamado a ECOSCOOTING. Ls chica me ha dicho que van a cambiar dentro de 72 horas.
Como pago solo después de entrega, este error puede costarme casi €40 y un lío inaguantable mientras discuto con los chinos que hacen su estafa.
¡Por favor arreglalo!

Translated:
I refused this package at my door because it's fake.
The delivery guy was supposed to mark it as refused. I don't have the package. He marked it as "Delivered" after I told him to "Write 'Refused'."
Why didn't your system recognize that there was no signature or ID?
I called ECOSCOOTING. The woman told me they'll change it within 72 hours.
Since I only pay upon delivery, this mistake could cost me almost €40 and cause me a huge hassle while I argue with the Chinese scammers.
Please Fix It!

Employs brain dead people

If I could give a minus score I would. Ecoscooting employ lazy people. Packages don't get delivered .Then when you ask can you pick it up at their depot in Manises ,they say no. When you ask to have it sent to a pick up.point instead they say no. And then they just terminated the call. As I said you hang up on your customers when they call you

I would not give any stars to…

I would not give any stars to Ecoscooting Spain if I could. They sent me a short notice on Sunday regarding the delivery of my parcel and although I was at home the currier did not arrive. The same happened the following day. I was waiting all day for the delivery of my parcel but nobody came. Instead of delivering they wrote that the delivery failed due to a recipient not being at home which was not true at all. Now I have to collect the parcel myself from one of their points wasting more time. The only thing that this company delivers is NO SERVICE.

Not good at all.

Not good at all.
The delivery guy broke my mailbox. He forced and broke it.
After reaching him by WhatsApp we said it was already broken but it was not true.
Try to call him and he answered the first call and said that it was not listening me.
After that, didn't pick up any other call and blocked my number.
I was forced to buy a new mailbox (24.90€) and is exactly the same s as the other broken,~
I took some pictures from the broken and from the new mailbox to prove that the package didn't fit on the mailbox.
Who will pay me the new mailbox, that I was forced to buy?

Delivery made in the nick of time!

Well although it was not sure exactly when the delivery was going to be made, as there were conflicting reports on the exact date of delivery, it was finally delivered as hoped and all credit to the delivery man was delivered at 21:15pm approx which was a welcomed surprise. I thought to myself that was dedication for you and i thank him very for that.👍
