I recently reached out to several companies for quotes on solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3, including Chris's company. From the start, I found Chris to be professional and courteous in his approach. However, after looking at some reviews on Trustpilot, I had reservations. Upon sharing my concerns with Chris, he offered to have a telephone conversation, and we spent about 60 minutes discussing everything in detail.

During our conversation, I got a real sense of ownership and care from Chris, as he's the co-owner of the business. He was thorough, transparent, and took the time to address all of my concerns. It’s clear that reviews don’t always tell the whole story, and speaking with Chris helped me see that some issues customers face can be resolved, even if the reviews don’t always reflect that.

Have just had Solar Panels etc fitted by this company. Surveyor who came out first was very efficient and helpful with questions I had. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently in less than a day. The gents who came to install on the day arrived nice and early and worked really well to get the installation completed. Mike who did the electrical installation was clearly very knowledgable and Wilf and the other gent worked really well. I’m really pleased with the results.
It would be helpful to have more advice and information and an explanation of what happens pre installation and what to expect on the day. Thankfully my brother had used this company (he recommended them to me) and was able to give me a lot of help and advice in understanding the options available otherwise I would have found it difficult to navigate the information that was emailed out on initial application. Mike, the electrician, was also very helpful with the app (which again thanks to my brother I had already downloaded); he helped me to get that set up with the Tesla Powerwall 3 battery and get online. I was really grateful for that help.

From start to finish I was really impressed, turned up on time, kept to the budget, did what they'd say, really couldn't recommend them enough. The team were very polite and professional and took time to show us how to use the kit as well.

We had some difficulty from a neighbour regarding access, but Eco Renewables worked with us to help achieve a resolution to the issue and that included rearranging the scaffolding installation and design. The guys who did the job worked hard and were aided by water, tea & coffee to keep them going. Easy guys to get along with and they continued to work with us to achieve a neat installation of the panels and electrics. Very pleased with the outcome just need the English summer to return so we can sell more excess energy back to the grid! Thank you to all the team at Eco Renewables

These guys worked with me on my solar project and George helped me put all my list together. Installers arrived on time and were extremely friendly and helpful.

We first contacted Eco Renewables by email on 9th September 2023 after noticing a red warning light on one of our batteries installed by the company four years earlier. Despite an engineer finally visiting on 10th October the problem remained. By 20th November we had exchanged 14 emails and numerous phone calls, including several unfulfilled promises of return calls, but to no effect.
Exasperated at this lack of progress we contacted one of the Directors by email but received no reply so did so again via WhatsApp on 22nd November. Between then and 8th May more than 100 messages over 40 days were exchanged. The batteries were eventually taken away for testing in February but after two months we were told there was nothing wrong so they were returned and a new inverter installed at Eco Renewables expense.
Immediately after installation alarm lights flashed again so we were instructed to turn everything off. After further complaints an offer was made to replace the batteries but after eight months without a functioning system we had completely run out of patience so declined. Since then we have had a new inverter and batteries installed at our own expense by another company, so if anyone would like to make an offer for the old ones, please do!

Very easy to arrange installation and an exceptionally professional and tidy install by Eco Renewables. I wish I could add a photo as it's exactly as I requested, with their electricians able to advise and come up with a plan of action on the day.

I ended up needing to speak to one of the owners of the company (Chris) after the install and he couldn't have been more helpful.

We had a total of 9 quotes from different companies (it’s a big investment so we needed to get it right). We were blown away by Eco Renewables Group and their team. There was no pushy salespeople and their knowledge was in our experience unrivaled.

Every member of staff we spoke with was and is only too happy to help and we are confident we made the right decision to go with them. Their phenomenal customer service and installation team is complimented by their unbeatable prices. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, just give Ryan and the team a ring and save yourself a lot of wasted time.

PS - we are electricity only and our daily bill has gone from £10/11 per day to 75p…

Given that ECO Renewables Group were not local, I was naturally apprehensive about both the quality and service being offered. However, I am genuinely pleased with all the staff I’ve had contact with. From the initial quote provided by Carly through to the expert installation of the solar panels and Tesla Powerwall 2, everything has exceeded my expectations. The integrated app is seamless and provides full live data and actively manage your energy usage. Both installers and electricians demonstrated pride in their workmanship and ensured everything was fully automated and functional to my full satisfaction. Would I recommend them? Absolutely, and my neighbours who I thought would be sceptical have been reassured by my experience and contemplating future installs.

Eco Renewable have completed a very neat installation of additional solar panels to my garage roof. These have been connected to the supplied and fitted Libbi battery system that was very neatly fitted. The documentation which has been supplied all seems to be in order.
Installation fitters were very friendly and accommodating.

What an amazing company from start to finish, IF you are considering getting solar Go with this company,No pushy sales, Honest price,and their workforce 5stars, I had 10 panel system with inverter and battery, install on roof WILL and BEN, Electrics Wayne and Ryan,sales George,Eco were half the price of some quotes plus I had a better system and longer warranty, I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service, I sincerely appreciate and wish you to go from strength to strength,MR M JONES SWANSEA VALLEY.

Came back to me super quick with a quote, install was arranged and despite some lack of communication we got the install sorted. A bit untidy and left the rubbish for a couple of weeks and had to chase for it to be removed. Installers also messed up and the system needed a revisit to correct. Still waiting for one document to enable export tariff.
Decent company and they are good at communication, i'd certainly recommend them to potential customers

A few months ago Eco Renewables fitted my solar and battery, I thought I’d leave it a few months before I leave my review to see how the system performed.

The install went smoothly and the installation lads were lovely. I was finding it difficult how to use the remote monitoring system so I called Eco Renewables and the after care team were amazing and talked me through each step so it was easy for me to understand. Now I couldn’t be happier with my solar.

The schedule was set and scaffolding erected on time to allow the roofers to fit all the panels and the electricians came directly after to complete the install, i couldn't believe how quick they worked all 20 panels installed and the powerwall/gateway and inverter wirered and commissioned in 1 day.

any questions have been answered very quickly by a knowledgable team.
