Very quick response to my initial call, batteries ordered and fitted within a couple of weeks. One or two teething troubles quickly sorted, everything now working perfectly, many thanks Eco Renewables.

I had a system installed by eco renewables over 2 years ago. The system was installed by the team who worked cleanly and politely throughput the entire process. For the past 2 years it has worked flawlessly. I recently needed to do some work in the roof, contacted them and they were more than happy to help. Big shout out to laura who at installation and during the recent ask a as superb.

I can't recommend Eco Renewables highly enough from start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free.

I spoke extensively with Carly, who was absolutely brilliant. She adapted my setup multiple times as I kept changing my mind after speaking to other companies she was so patient, understanding and never made me feel bad for changing things around.

I chose them based on a personal recommendation, their fantastic reviews and the fact they hold all the correct accreditations and every expectation I had was more than met. A huge plus point for me was that payment was only due on completion, which gave me complete peace of mind from the start.

Communication throughout the whole process was excellent and I always knew exactly what was happening and when. The installation was completed quickly, and the workmanship was neat, tidy and professional.

What really set them apart though? There was zero sales pressure. They didn't try to push particular brands or make unnecessary recommendations instead they gave me honest, expert advice and were completely reassuring every step of the way. That's such a rare thing to find these days!

They really deliver on their promises without no empty talk or "BS" and they always get back to you promptly. Their pricing is also extremely competitive, offering great value for money.

Ecorenewables are a great company to deal with. Our solar panels and equipment have been brilliant and needed little intervention since it was installed. Recently there has been an issue but a call to the company for advice resulted in support the day after. Superb service, very well informed, put you at ease immediately. Delighted to be dealing with this super local company!

These guys installed my solar and battery system in March 2020, literally the day before lock-down. They were well priced and efficient then and we've been very happy for the last 6 years.
Over the last couple of months we've had a couple of issues with our batteries, so today I gave them a call and was quickly called back by one of their engineers, who spent time on the phone helping me resolve the issue and helping me to understand how to use the inverter better and care for my batteries. All without charge.
They were kind and patient over the phone, which after 6 years made me very happy to have been their customer and gives me a good feeling for the future care of my system.
When I decide to upgrade in a few years, I'll strongly consider going back to these guys to do the installation.

I’ve used Eco Renewables Group before for a previous property, where they installed solar panels and a battery system, and I had a great experience. So when I needed a system again, they were my first call.

Very glad that Dave called me to quote on solar panels and battery system back in January 2026. I had over a dozen quotes and calls and emails from other solar pv companies and Eco Renewables came in at #1 on my list on price per kwh and proposal for ROI. No extremely long sales talks and complicated steps, no pushy calls trying to get to sign straight away or the deals off. No patronising manner like some I had received. I have had solar panels before, and the process with Eco Renewables was simpler than before even though the system was more complex. The survey was quick and the installation was very quick and now the app shows that I made a good decision. Just waiting for my MCS certificate but the DNO check came back quickly. Am very happy with the tidy up and the upgrades. Highly appreciated. ECO Renewables is my recommendation for great service for self sustainable energy products.

Always found everybody polite and helpful to get best system. The fitters were very able and got on with the job. Very good would recommend .

Had an inverter and batteries fitted several years ago,
Now had problems with the inverter and batteries email several weeks ago ,told engineer would call still waiting ,emailed again and was told someone would call me no phone call weeks later ,all I wanted was advise but couldn't be bothered to phone me ,bombarded with phone calls when I asked for a quote several years back .now had a solar engineer out who has found that a cable was joined with insulation tape when installed

I recently had a full solar and battery system installed by Eco Renewables Group, including a Sigenergy system with 13 solar panels, a 6kW inverter, and a 9kW battery.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The installation was actually completed ahead of schedule and within the expected timeframe. There was a slight delay due to very strong winds on one of the days, but this was clearly for safety reasons, which I fully appreciated. The only minor delay was the removal of the scaffolding, but Chris was extremely supportive throughout and made sure everything was followed up quickly after a couple of calls.

Chris was in constant contact and always very responsive, handling all my questions and requests promptly. I originally had doubts about the Sigenergy system after reading mixed reviews from another company, but Chris took the time to explain everything clearly and convinced me to go ahead with Eco Renewables Group, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with that decision.

The system itself is fantastic. The app is brilliant, especially for someone like me who enjoys data and statistics. I find myself checking it constantly like a kid, watching all the live performance data.

There was a small issue during the first week after installation, but Chris personally came out within 24 hours and resolved it immediately. Since then, everything has worked perfectly.

Overall, a 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend Eco Renewables Group and the Sigenergy system to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

Had my system in for 3 years now. At the time, the install was easy and Chris and the team were a delight to deal with. Over the years I’ve had to ring Chris a few times — sometimes even just for a bit of advice — and he’s always been helpful.
Chris has just been out to sort a fault, which we think was caused by a different electrician disturbing one of the sensors. I called Chris yesterday and he was out the following afternoon. Yet again, great service. Thanks, Chris.

From initial enquiry to the completed job, nothing was too much trouble.
Whilst the initial quotation was very competitive I was always very confident that the job would be done well, I wasn't disappointed.
Very tidy workers and the reassurance that they will be there if ever needed in the future.
I would definitely recommend them.

Currently feeling let down by Eco Renewables, I purchased and had fitted 1 week ago 15 solar panels, a Tesla powerwall 3 and also a Tesla Gateway. On Monday my electric tripped and the Gateway never kicked in. For roughly 1 hour I had no electric at all. In all fairness Eco Renewables where fast to tell me what to do and help me get a temporary fix so that I have electric again. Unfortunately since Monday I’m now having 100% of my electric supplied from the grid costing me money and 0% electric from my solar panels, battery or gateway. I just paid £11995 for a system that currently doesn’t work. I was informed someone will come round this week which now hasn’t happened and have been told that I have to wait till Tuesday next week. I was going to purchase through them an electric car charger but now contemplating going through another company as I am very disappointed that I spent all that money for a system that currently doesn’t work. Also scaffolding is still up, despite asking twice for it to be removed. Also during fitting the solar panels, at least one of the workmen was smoking and just throwing his cigarette butts on my driveway. This I also find unacceptable!

We had a relatively large solar array combination of flush/integrated roof panels and flat roof panels and Powerwall. A very neat and tidy installation and detailed walkthrough of the system installed. Very happy to recommend

Pricing seemed very reasonable and installation took place very quickly.
All queries were handled promptly including a small issue with a damaged tile.
All of the tradesmen involved were polite and tidy.
