Excellent Service
Lee & Tony were great, fitted one new inverter in the place of two old worn out ones.Now back up and running. I Would recommend this company they were very professional and cheerful too.

just used eco7 for a battery install to a exisisting solar system and really pleased with the work completed had a slight delay as batteries are like gold dust at the moment but was kept informed so no problem had a slight hitch with fitting but soon sorted out by the lads and its running great i would recomend them to everyone and price was very good

As is the blight of many a solar panel installation, we had a collection of pigeons living under our panels, after a quick internet search I found Eco7, I dropped them a quick email and received a message back from Craig within a couple of hours. He provided me with answers to my questions without any pressure. Once I gave them the go ahead, the work was booked in for a couple of weeks later. On the day of the install, the team arrived on time and we very pleasant, they cleared the nesting from under the panels and fitted the mesh, they explained that the birds would hang around for a week or so but they would eventually look for somewhere else to go. They were tidy as they worked and didn't leave any mess. Great service all round.

After mulling some battery storage to utilise my cheap off peak power, I called Eco7 who confirmed roughly what I had spent days googling.

On the day of the actual figment, the electricians arrived perfectly on time and pleasantly went about the job in hand, completing a few hours later as planned.

I had been emailed the invoice so paid after fitting. This was all straightforward and at the price quoted.

My new BES system functions perfectly, storing 5kWh of cheap off-peak Economy 7 power, which runs the entire apartment for the remaining 17 hours, including use of the LED lights, TV’s, Breadmaker, Washing machine and other minor items, usually ending up with 20% spare.

It’s utterly silent, no discernible heat is generated, and you just wouldn’t know it’s there, what’s more in addition to the 10 year warranty, I can buy single 2.4kWh batteries to extend the power available if required!

All in all, Eco7 were a pleasure to deal with, and the BES system is what I wanted, saving around 10% of its cost per annum at todays rates. Perhaps not a staggering saving but a good solid investment for now, and the future!

I don't normally write reviews, but Eco7 ltd. were faultless in giving advice and fitting an inverter after our old one packed up, and at a decent price too, 15 year warranty a bonus. indeed the best price we were quoted. a very good service. If only more companies were like this.

Phoned this company for advice about a solar panel inverter and although I'm out of range to use their services, Craig spent a lot of time on the phone to me explaining what my solar problems were and helped to come up with various options of how I could sort them myself. Fantastic customer service, extremely polite and would highly recommend on that basis alone.

Even over the Xmas period got back to us promptly with work done a few days later. Fast, efficient, no nonsense service. Highly recommended.

Our 10 year old inverter developed a fault and had to be replaced. Obtained a quote online, spoke with the Eco7 office. Agreed their quote.
The installation team arrived, at the time stated, new inverter (guaranteed for 10 years) replaced in 30 minutes. This is a good company, they do what they claim and do it politely and with good humour. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We need more companies operating in the same way.

Absolutely brilliant help and advice as has always been the case. We most recently needed a new inverter and it was booked in and completed exactly as indicated. Craig and his team are great at assisting in whatever may be the issue, both on the phone and in person, and we really value their honest advice and skills.

Contacted Eco7 due to the previous installation company no longer in business. Craig was excellent with his information about a new Solar PV Inverter. The installation team turned up on time and a superb fitting job done. Good explanation about the guarantee before departure. Anyone with Solar PV problems, l would highly recommend these guys.

Joe and Lee came and fitted a bird proofing mesh for our solar panels as we had been suffering from pigeons nesting inside our solar panels, and they have done a tremendous job in cleaning the mess and fitting in a good quality mesh around our fourteen solar panels. They also went above and beyond of service by carrying out extra work. They provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service provided. Craig arranged engineers to the address within a week. Advised me of a slight change of time they could attend the day before which was good. Engineers arrived, both very helpful and polite. Changed the inverter over within half hour and can see the solar panels are now working again.

Invertor for my PVs died after 10 years, Eco7 quoted very competitive price and were around changing it within a week.
Great service, quick change, very friendly guys doing the install.

I had a problem of pigeons trying to nest under my solar panels. Contacted Eco 7 Energy who supplied a very competitive quote. The job has been completed today 28 June 2021 took a couple of hours. Joe and Lee were very good and did an excellent job. Well done and thank you

I phoned them asking if a certain installation was possible and they said yes but not this year and they don't recommend anyone else. Considering their website show hundreds of installers and they are all busy till the end of the year.. ?

We employed Eco 7 Ltd to eradicate a serious pigeon pest problem. Having looked extensively at different companies, we felt that Eco 7 and their work examples were what we were looking for. Craig at head office couldn’t e more helpful and we made an appointment.

Joe and Lee arrived and immediately filled us with confidence that they were expert at their job. They are completely customer-focussed and ensured that all pigeon detritus was removed from under our solar panels before completing a really first-class installation of the wire all around the edges of our (16) panels. Very pleasant, quality operatives.
