Mark arrived on time. Mark was courteous and worked cleanly.

After writing up service record and having me sign his job off on his phone - he then rechecked the magnet throughly, when a small drop of water was noted at the top seal.

Simon was friendly, informative and communicated exactly when he would arrive. Asked questions on how the boiler had been over the past year and left the working area in a clean state.

Simon was really friendly and professional when he arrived to service our boiler, he showed up on time and was knowledgeable when asked some queries I had. We have an ongoing contract with Prime Time boilers and cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish my experience with Prime Time Boilers has been fantastic! I was able to book in a video consultation very quickly and Peter was very helpful in explaining what work I would need and what this would involve. Kellie was very helpful in discussing payment plans and getting my boiler installation booked in. The fitting experience was brilliant - straightforward, efficient and the engineer was very professional. Explained at the end how everything worked. The pricing I thought was very reasonable and cheaper than many other quotes I had looked at. Having your boiler unexpectedly break down is such a stressful situation but Prime Time Boilers really did ease this for me and got my home running back to normal very quickly just in time for winter!

Just had my first annual service following my boiler install from prime time last year and Simon was fantastic, gave me notice before arriving, such a pleasant guy to talk to, checked if i had any questions or concerns with the boiler since install and zero mess. Great engineer and great company.

I had AC installed in my son’s bedroom and from start to finish the service was amazing.
From my video call to the 2 lovely guys that came to do the installation the electrician man and the lovely lady I dealt with in the office were all amazing. So friendly and professional.

Very professional and willing to adapt to the existing installation when designing our air source heat pump system.

Right from initial contact by phone process of ordering new boiler was really easy and quick. Survey carried out remotely to discuss boiler and where it is to be fitted made process really easy. Boiler fitted on agreed day. Fitting went really easy and when completed kitchen left spotless. Boiler controls were explained. So far really happy.

We had our boiler installed last year by Prime Time and Simon their Service Engineer came to perform the annual service. He contacted us 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know when he would arrive and was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received from Prime Boilers genuinely deserves recognition.

The experience started with Danny, who carried out the online survey. The whole process was straightforward, and I was amazed to receive a quotation within just two hours.

From there, Kellie in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful. She kept me informed throughout and later sent over details of the boiler service plans. I wanted to do my own due diligence before signing up, but the excellent customer service I received from the team made the decision much easier.

A special mention has to go to Cal. From the moment he gave me a courtesy call before the installation through to the final handover, he was the definition of a true professional. His workmanship was first-class, and the installation was completed to an exceptionally high standard.

What impressed me most was Cal's attention to detail and how tidy he was throughout the entire job. My wife had prepared herself for the usual disruption, dust and mess that often comes with a boiler installation, but there was simply none of it. Cal treated our home with genuine respect, worked exceptionally neatly, and left everything spotless when he finished. It is rare to find a tradesperson who takes such pride not only in their work but also in leaving a customer's home exactly as they found it.

The service was so good that the moment Cal left, I signed up for Prime Boilers' service plan. I had intended to take my time and weigh up the options, but the professionalism, workmanship and customer care we experienced spoke volumes about the company and gave me complete confidence in the aftercare they provide.

You often judge a company by the people who represent it, and Prime Boilers clearly have a fantastic team. The service from start to finish has been outstanding.

I would highly recommend Prime Boilers to anyone considering a new boiler installation.

Really pleased with the installation from Prime Time Boilers. Callum was professional, friendly and clearly took pride in the work. He fitted the new boiler and radiators carefully, kept everything tidy and explained the system clearly before finishing. The whole process from quote to installation was straightforward and communication was good throughout.
