I bought a brand new iPhone 13 from ebuy.dk, and when it arrived, the box looked like it had already been opened. The phone was completely dead on arrival — it wouldn’t turn on, wouldn’t charge, nothing.

I filed for a return the same day and followed every instruction they gave. That was over 4 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve emailed, called, even messaged them on Facebook, and all I get is "we're looking into it.

I ordered few items last year still waiting if you ask for costumer help it doesn't exist , very poor service , more like thieves no item no money

bought a hot air paint stripper gun. good heat but the neighbour complained at tv knocked out. then I tested and the wife said the same. No email address to ask for help and traders are individuals. so back to the other trading site I can trust.

I order some coins from them, but actually I didn't receive it, when I try to call them, they even can not give the accurate date and the way how they send to me at first time, then when I try to ask how much stamp they use? to make sure I am not get the coins because of the weight, again they still not give the answer, in the end they send me some picture to show they did, but unfortunately the picture is only the bill of the coins, it can not prove anything, and from the bill I can see they even put the wrong date, what can I say; be careful when you try to buy something from here.
