It's OK till now , I will see in the future how it works

Everything was easy and more than fine with the booking. So uncomplicated!! We are really happy!

I just need all the times a Word DOC or PDF file separate to download the reservation, because my business mail don't allowed me to do that

My ciompliments also to the call center staff who solved a small problem professionally. I had - in spite of all control - booked for a wrong date, but after a call (5 minutes after the booking), I was able to change the booking without extra costs.

so easy to book

Waited 3 hours with budget rental because the car was not available. Apparently the reservation was not confirmed because it was reseved the night before. If this was the case, i should have been informed at the time of booking. I will not use ebooking again!

I like that very often they find the fares which are not present on other sites. It's possible to chat with customer service and they fix the problems quite quickly. The credit card fee is 12€ and it's annoying.

I found a decently-priced flight quickly. I like the results-in-a-grid thing for when the travel dates are a bit flexible. My only difficulty was that my bank wasn't accepted for online payment, but I think that's more an issue with the bank than with the site. I also would have liked just a touch more of "yes that really worked, you can log out" after the whole thing was over. It took a few minutes to get the confirmation email. And I wanted to print my itinerary but the preview showed on two pages, and that's dumb, so I didn't print it. Oh, and "Frau" does NOT equal "Mrs." "Mrs." is only for married women. "Ms." works for all women.

Have been a customer of ebookers for a couple of years and always have been satisfied with them.

Good efficient website, missing the possibility to pay with PayPal or other e-money forms bsides the credit cards for which high commissions are charged.

Everything always goes smoothly. Never had any problems.
I did try some other companies in the past, but I'll happily keep on booking with Ebookers!

The price offered in the website deliberately hid extra costs when I paid for the flight. I feel cheated and will ne er use ebookers again

Booked hotel over cell phone. No problems with any hotels. Confirmation allways on time!

The room desription said, among others, "1 Twin Bed" but they did not deliver. Once asked about the difference and a possible change to a different room they were friendly but claimed that it was a mistake of the booking company / travel agency and they couldn't help or compensate. The room was not really clean (sand on the floor which was not cleaned even after the first night). Internet access was restricted at the second night. Together with some other issues that might be recalled (there was a kettle with coffee and sugar but no creamer but of course that was not in the room desciption).

Very efficient process, will use ebookers again
