I wanted to pre order EAFC26. It was all going well until today at around 4 pm. Purolator updated my status saying that the information was wrong. I was confused because I had double checked if it was right. Turns out EB Games gave them the wrong postal code. Now i have to wait 24-48 hours until Purolator ships it. Im sure it was some type of issue because of the amount of people ordering but this is not cool. Now Im 3 days late to this game

Trying to buy XBox Series X All Access for the past week. This is a big ticket item, and one must fill out a credit application for RBC to purchase. There is no other way to purchase this in Canada as Microsoft has given EB Games the exclusive rights to sell this in Canada.

Everything seems to be working, until you click the "Confirm Order" button. After waiting several seconds, a popup appears saying "We experienced a technical error. The problem is with us, not with you! We were unable to complete your order. Please try again later."

I called their support line on the phone, waited on hold for half an hour, only to be told that yes, the website is broken, and they blame RBC for it being broken. I don't care whose fault it is, I just want to buy an XBox.

After a week of trying every day to see if they've fixed it yet, I called the local EB Games store, and they indicated the website is the only way to purchase it.

I guess the only way to purchase an XBox Series X in Canada is to pay twice what it's worth from an American scalper on EBay.
