Im very impressed with the quality of service
Im very impressed with the quality of service and speed of delivery , the product was shipped from HK, I received it in a week and half after placing my order given that it was new years, its very quick shipping to Canada. Luckily the Diesel glasses fit me well, Im not sure how the return policy works, but for sure these are original, I read on certain forums otherwise, Im happy with my purchase. The customer service is also quick to respond, overall 5 stars

Great Customer Service and Product
Overall it was easy enough to find frames that I liked. My first two choices were out of stock and discontinued. It would be nice if they just removed those as this is the only reason that I'm not giving a 5/5. I was charged for them and then refunded in a timely manner. I recommend that you select frames that are in stock if you want a seamless process.
Customer service was great and I did not have to give them a bunch of info in order for them to look up my account. I wish my ISP/Cable/Cell providers were this efficient! The frames themselves are great! They're exactly what I expected and great quality. I was worried about counterfeit products but these are as genuine as any I've bought from brick and mortar shops. I guess you never really know unless they fall apart on you.

Slow shipping but great product
It was good service, took more time to get here in comparison with previous companies that I have used. However, once I had the product in my hand I was very impressed for the price. A marginal improvement with shipping would push me to a 5 star review.
