Basically I just had a really bad…

Basically I just had a really bad experience dealing with both and agent over the phone (who was still logged into my booking thereby not allowing me to edit any flight detail online), and with an agent over chat who was telling me things making the problem mine rather than it being there problem to actually fix. Overall the experience was just bad and I kept a copy of the chat is anyone was interested.

UPDATE: I’m confused, how does sending my flight booking reference and this review to TrustpilotReviews @ email.com get redirected to EasyJet. Surely as this is a verified review I.e. easyJet sent me the link, you already have my contact details and the agent/experience linked with this?

Don't Book with easyjet

We arrived at our 5 star hotel to be left 5 hours without a room there was no electricity in our upgraded room we were then dragged to another room which had its own pool as to the fridge leaking and a 1 inch gap around the door that banged all night and a coffee machine that didn't work so moved to another room where we had cockroaches and ants enjoying our room i went to complain only to be met with we should be grateful to have electricity we couldn't access most restaurants and were regularly turned away because wed been moved that many times the system didn't validate us as customers and to add insult to injury easyjet are now bombarding me to book with them again after telling me my terrible experience will help others have a better experience what an absolute disgrace booking ref 7167937 again nevermind other customers what about me and my wife we spent £3000 so other customers can have a better time than we did absolutely jaw dropping response from easyjet

Easyjet crew coped well with multiple issues

My flight to Edinburgh from Stansted on the night of the 14th June was delayed firstly by air traffic problems, followed by a tech issue eventually capped off by someone having a medical emergency!
Whilst the communication could've been better (no one spoke directly to the passengers to explain the issues until boarding) the crew once on board handled it well despite the fact they must've been severely stressed. I felt relaxed and comfortable despite the chaos. Just a star off for the lack of communication on the ground but the multiple issues we encountered were out of Easyjet's control.

Hold luggage checking in (three hours before flight??))

Didn't like the wait on the call. Person had a strong accent and kept going silent without informing me.
Called regarding hold luggage being checked in as the email I received stated that hold luggage should be checked in 'at least' three hours before the flight takes off. I read that as, if it's a 08:00 flight, that I have to check it in before 05:00. The wording is open to misinterpretation so having searched for a person to contact, I was able to get some sort of clarity.
