I am very upset over my experience with a failed BLAGDON POND PUMP. The pump was faulty and I expected an easy return and replacement, but you first implied it was my fault, which it WASNT. You then went around all the houses with a complicated return system with no guaranteed result., in which I had to pay postage. Normally with any return the SUPPLIER pays postage. YOU HAVE BEEN AWKWARD AND VERY UNHELPFUL. I WILL NEVER USE BLAGDON AGAIN OR YOUR COMPANY. DO NOT USE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This company was recommended to us by family. Now I can see why. It was all straightforward ordering, paying and receiving the items we ordered. However, we had had a senior moment and ordered an item twice!! So I phoned them up for their returns address and process and sent the item back to them. A week later the money had been refunded into my account. What a refreshing change. Thank easygardenwatering.

Ordered Evergreen Tree Trunk Water Butt on the Wednesday. Excellent communications with Tony on the phone and email regarding availability and delivery schedule. I'm a disabled pensioner who purchased a Claber Duplo Water Timer - 8410 which I just love as I'm not able to water my garden very well. I had a problem (my fault) but even though I had made my purchase a few years ago they still helped me. I always support companies that have a great customer service and can't praise them enough.
