I placed an order on 14 March 2026 and received my seeds on 30 March 2026. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the overall experience was very positive.

I ordered 15 seeds and received 5 extra free seeds (20 total), including:

Thai Socotranum ‘Black Kao Hin Zon’ x5
Adenium Arabicum ‘Pet E San’ x5
Adenium Arabicum ‘Dwarf Petch Mueng Kong’ (PMK) x5
Adenium Arabicum RCN x5
Out of 20 seeds, 18 germinated within less than a week, which shows they are very fresh and high quality.

When I contacted customer service about the delivery, they responded quickly and even provided the owner’s WhatsApp for direct communication. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and kept me updated. As a kind gesture, they also included 5 extra RCN seeds, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the product quality and the service. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend this shop to others looking for good Adenium seeds.

Just be prepared to wait a bit for delivery, but it’s worth it.

All seeds germinated. But all , I mean ALL are pink, which is super disapointing after 3 years waiting for flower, not even talking about the import fees to Aus and cost of seed. Emailed them but never got response. Dont waste your money on colours been advertised.

You have not provided a tracking number for the shipment, and you have also not responded to my emails.

I purchased an item from this site along with an international phytosanitary certificate, which was clearly required for import. However, the certificate was not included in the shipment, and as a result, my item was seized by the Plant Protection Station in my country.

I contacted the company over 4 times by email and made more than 7 phone calls. On one occasion, someone did answer and assured me it would be handled within a day – but a week passed with no response. When I called again, I was told to send a text, which I did, explaining the seeds would soon be disposed of by authorities. I was completely ignored.

It has now been several weeks. Despite repeated attempts to reach out, I have received no action, no refund, no replacement, and no apology. I’m left with the impression that this company does not take international customers seriously and takes no responsibility for fulfilling its obligations.

International buyers beware: If you're ordering from outside the UK, know that there appears to be no urgency or accountability from this seller when things go wrong.

My desert roses finally flowered after 3 years and what I was told would be yellow and red double flowers were simply red and white single. So I’d say that they may be giving desert rose seeds, but don’t expect the flower to look like the picture.

I love Adeniums and I often purchase seeds from this Store. Shipments are safe and punctual and seeds really have a high germination rate and quick growing plants. Too bad that the Brexit issue makes shipments more costly due to custom fees but it's definitely worth it anyway.

I placed an order in January for seeds and never received them. After many emails chasing the Adenium Store they said that my parcel had been sent via the Royal Mail and said that after so many days they would trace the parcel. They never did and just stopped answering my emails. Thereafter I had to keep sending them emails with a new email address and they would reply once to that email address and never again (I don't know if they blocked my emails). In June they stopped replying to any emails I send, never bothered to track my order and never sent a replacement or refunded me. They are thieves in my eyes after all of this! Whoever replies to these reviews, even on other websites that I found, is very aggressive and always says they did nothing wrong and the client is always the problem. Why soooo many complaints against this company then? I would not recommend using them, especially if you live in a different country and have limited action you can take against them

Communication with customer very poor to none. Service's level low and terrible. Only thanks for PayPal care I could get some communication from them and half money back. Never saw a seed from them. Sadly I definitely can't recommend this e-shop.

best adenium seeds in europe, i buyed two times and im very happy with the results, great germination rate almost 100% with good and healthly plants and many varieties.A must for adenium lovers.Thank you

I purchased around 30 plumeria seeds, some specific varieties and a bunch of mixed seeds around a month ago. They were delivered quickly to the UK and all have a great germination rate of around 85%. Good quality seeds, well packaged. Would definitely recommend. Just hope the seedlings are true to the parent plant as they can sometimes be random. No plant passport required to the UK at least. Stay away from the Etsy/eBay seeds and buy from here.

I have been gardening for a long, long time! Have spent a fortune on Roses, Lilies, Fruit Trees and on and on! I like to try tropicals as well (in over the winter under lights and out on back deck when the weather warms up). I have bought seeds in the past over the Internet-Asian-Thai sites, (never from Etsy and similar fraudulent sites for seeds)! From the Adenium Store, first order, every seed came to fruition, Plumeria, Adenium, etc! No fuss with any certificates to ship to Canada. None! Timely receipt, no charge for any certificates! Just received my second order! Great vendor.

Order 8794: I ordered some seed in July which I never received. I thought that maybe there were issues with the customs because I didn't go for the optional phytosanitary certificate or the international tracking option. Even so, the package would've been returned to sender but I never got a word about it.

December comes and I decide to try my luck once again with order 8999. This time I pay for the phytosanitary certificate and the international tracking of the package. I also order a lot more seeds to make the whole thing worth it. I spend about 68 Pounds. After that I get no update for a couple of weeks. I send an email, no one answers, I send a second and I get an insipid, semi-literate answer stating that my order will be sent soon.

After I get the confirmation that the package is sent I need to send a couple of emails again to be directed to the website where I can track my order. I make sure to check the website of the "royal mail" everyday and once in a while I see progress until one day 10.01.2023 it says that their unnamed "partners" tried delivering my package but no one answered. This is ridiculous for multiple reasons: I work from home and I was home all day, never leaving the house. No one came by, there was nothing in the mail box, no message or call on my phone. I also don't understand what type of "tracking " I paid for as there was no info on who was actually delivering the package, where it was now, who had it or any contact information....nothing...."we tried delivering it, just trust us and don't ask questions". Once again I had to send a couple of emails before finally getting once again a short, unprofessional answer that ignored everything I've written in the previous emails and just told me to "contact ypu usual delivery person"...I do not have the slightest idea what that means.

For anyone curious who you're dealing with before you give them your money I can provide the exchanged emails and screenshots of the orders on my account.

Edit: As an answer for the reply by the store, the package was not delivered but rather I tracked it down and picked it up after a lot of calls, leg work, wasted time and frustration. Everything was there except the Epiphyllum "Hookeri". I'm not saying the delivery company wasn't at fault, quite the contrary, they're unprofessional swine to say the least but that is a separate issue from the appalling customer relations skills you have exhibited. I stand behind everything written in the original post.

Wow! Im so glad I found this store. They have an such extraordinary selection, the prices are the best I have found and the customer service is out of this world. I am just blown away by this store! You really cant go wrong here. They have such a huge selection that there is something for everyone there.
I had a very hard time narrowing down what I wanted to order because their are so many beautiful colors and patterns. Shipping arrived very quickly and all of the seeds arrived healthy looking! Ill try to update after germination :)

Such an amazing tropical find! The varieties and exotic 'treasures' to be found he are beyond exceptional. I have ordered from here on more than 1 occasion all the way to British Columbia, Canada not only for the selection but for their customer service as well. With my last order they even sent me 5 free Adenium seeds to try!

I have had 7 packs of seeds so far, all except 1 pack on heated tray, all are growing well. Hopefully, now others are on tray they will sprout. I am thrilled will the little plants, whether they flower well, don't know yet. Out of these, I have 1 completely white, have to wait for this growing. I am hooked on these, and thank all at adenium for the rate of success and support

The Adenium Store is, by far, the best online company I've ever done business with. I've placed multiple orders with them and their customer service and products are unsurpassed. They provide excellent products and their seeds have outstanding germination rates!
They have the most beautiful/unique plants and seeds I've ever seen.
The Adenium Store is honest and takes the time to provide detailed information regarding any questions you might have. Their responses were so thoughtful and tailored to my needs, I was amazed by the outstanding way in which they run their business (unlike some companies that send standard cut and paste responses that barely address what was asked or don't respond at all).
This is truly a company that wants their clients to succeed with their seeds, etc. and goes above and beyond to make sure it happens.
I am so happy I found them and am a customer for life!
