Really simple to use, loads of features and very efficient system. Each time to generate is less than 60 seconds. Definitely will use for future brand development

Difficult to navigate.
Just picking a random ai website to make cute Cat pictures and enchanting forests.
I struggled to find a way to delete my account, as I got too busy with other things in the end.
It took a while to get it deleted, but it finally is. Although it’s on a completely different website, there really should be a way to delete accounts on the website we originally made one on, or at least a link to the other website to do it there.

Where have the video credits gone?
I’ve just started a monthly plan and have only created two image-to-video clips so far, each costing 180 credits for so-so quality videos compared to the competition. I now have just 520 credits left, which only allows a few more videos. This doesn’t line up with the advertised “60 videos per month”.I guess this assumes using the poorest video engine available.
I have given the plan another month because I got used to the layout, still looking for a better option, and I only need the 'text to images' feature. TIP: Keep all the links they give you after payment so you can cancel more easily, and not get auto-billed for another month.

EaseMate steals your media and your personal data
They make it seem like you can generate a sample text2speech AI character for free, they make you upload a photo showing a clear face, they make you upload sample speech in file format, they make you sign up with your email address... then once they've got your image, your audio and your email address - that's when they finally let you know it isn't a free trial and the 5 minutes you've just wasted was simply for the purpose of giving them data. I hope the owners of the company suffer a prolapsed anus, or at least a distended rectum.

It's so bad it feels like a scam
It's so bad it feels like a scam. You almost cannot usee any pictur to generate a video and when you luckily get a picture, it says error processing image.

i just wanted a backflip
Asked GBT for the best AI video maker and it sent me to this website, at first it seemed good, everything was working and I took a while to create everything I needed for my first prompt to start working. when I clicked generate video, it said i needed an account... so i made an account and connected it to my google and then it says i need 30 credits to make a video, it didnt mention this before i made an account. the only way to get credits is to sign in everyday for 10 credits, so one video every 3 days, or spend $8 per month or $90 a year for ~14k credits, thats about 450 videos a year which isnt bad, if i wanted 450 videos, i just want a few to have fun with. so im mad that they lured me into creating an account for it for making me seem like i could just make it. jiggling keys infont of a child would be kinder than by showing us how easy it is to use their software but making us waste our time by filling everything out when it wont let me use it. my information is with this ai website that from what ive read from the other reviews isnt good anyways as the payment aint the best. i just wanted to see my friend do a backflip. audacity
Scam alert: subscription never activates
Purchased a Lite subscription, got a confirmation email, but the system refused to register that my account had a Lite subscription. It continued to say I was on the "Basic"/free tier. Messaging their "live chat" did nothing and no one ever responded. I submitted to cancel the subscription, and they claim it's cancelled, but of course they do not refund the current month's fees. I believe this is their business model, to collect a single months' fees from users and not provide any services. The free tier does not give enough credits to generate anything, so one must purchase another sub to use the site.
they have taken money from for 2 months…
they have taken money from for 2 months and i have never asked for their services and i dont know who they are.. so i ahve reported them for scam

Confusing!
Confusing!
Support is pathetic.
It never worked properly once!
Typical scam tactics.
Paid for a month, but the credits would never be enough to do the work.

Could be a great tool. Sad.
Could be a great tool, but they take your credits and don't, at times, produce. I did sign up for a subscription, but account still shows free, Customer service is non existant. Finally got an email back after trying live chat 4 times.. nobody there... Told it was the weekend so would get back to me Monday, Lets see if they bother.
Very dissappointing attitude to customers
When it works - it works great
BUT 70% it just taken off your credits (money) and do nothing. The support is dead - only mail you can find and zero responce. Very dissappointing attitude to customers
