This is a great product, I use it a lot to help with visualizing a project I am working on. I had to get some tech support, and Warren was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions.

As with most other reviewers, the difference between what was presented in the search engine and the actual experience leaves a bad taste. Misleading at best. But what I came to say, after purchasing just enough credits for the small project I was working on, is that even buying credits was insufficient to achieve what was arguably a very straight forward task. So now I have been mislead AND left with dismal slop that is no use to me. Steer clear of this one.

trying to get answers about credits since this easemate.ai is credits based free or not. live chat answers my questions well. but image to video generation is actually expensive.

all in all, very good. seems to be relatively easy to use, has a bit of a learning curve though but seems to be easier than othrr picture to image creation softwares

I am new to this AI world, I started using this in early 2026 and so picking it all up as I go along but so far with Easemate I feel that I am starting to slowly get the hang of it because although I know I am not doing anything particularly complicated as yet, it is very easy to follow and understand which gives you confidence to carry on and I got good results immediately. The fact that you can collect more credit every day quickly and easily is a bonus, so you know you can always get more which means there's no worry about running out which enables you to feel free to create, try things out and make mistakes. Had a bit of a problem today with one ad for credit that didn't count down so couldn't get a credit as I couldn't finish or go back, this was just one problem but everything else, so far has been positive.

They advertise this as a free AI video generator, but that’s not true. When you try to generate a video, they first ask you to create an account. After signing up, they immediately ask for payment.
They also mention joining credits, but those credits don’t even let you generate the first video. If the service is paid, be honest about it instead of calling it free and wasting people’s time.

Hi I very much like using this product . However i hate the fact that I dont get a notification at the end of the month when monthly subscription ends. you just go ahead a recharge, i dont like that. That is not how it was before . i usually get a reminder which give me the option to tell you to go ahead or not.

had a small issue with my credits not generating a video, but the support team (thanks, Warren!) handled it professionally and quickly. They restored my credits and even provided links to the generated content. Just picking a random ai website to make cute Cat pictures and enchanting forests.

I struggled to find a way to delete my account, as I got too busy with other things in the end.

It took a while to get it deleted, but it finally is. Although it’s on a completely different website, there really should be a way to delete accounts on the website we originally made one on, or at least a link to the other website to do it there.
