Customer service is Worst in The World for ANY company FULL STOP, No company can be as bad as EA even if they never answered anything.
Note: Date of experience, I have been EA player via battlefield series since battlefield 1942 back in 2002 and they never cared about customer problems back then they arn't going to start now.

This game is a waste of money and time

This game is a waste of money and time, if U want to break controllers and want to die then play this game but if not stay away from it cause it's just a money laundering skeem. The creater of this game should be fired and never be able to work again. Disgrace of a human.

EA has the worst games and support is non existent

EA is an evil company. I grind for my rewards they do not give them to me. They put me in the most difficult lobbies and hide my objectives so I can't progress. Even when I win they dsync me and make me lose. Twice I won and didn't dsync me but gave me a loss anyways. I have over 900 mbps download and 50mbps upload I shouldn't be kicked. I was loyal to madden videogames since 1989 and they just take my money and run. I still yet to receive my rewards in madden 23 and I'm going through the same trash in madden 26. They are ruining videogames, football, and late John madden last name all in one go. Their so called help.ea and ea forums are a joke. They just remove and ignore. I've never seen a worse company in 40+ years. They are useless , pathetic and unorganized. There is something called doing the right thing and EA IS ten football fields in the wrong direction. They don't solve problems that they design, they just remove your post and create more problems. It seems no one can handle the truth. I guess we will see how trustworthy trust pilot is or if they work for ea. Yeah ea just bans people who tell the truth someone needs to sue their ass.

Double standards in moderation

EA shows clear double standards in moderation.

A Ukrainian user was banned for using an avatar related to the Azov Regiment, while at the same time there are many users with "Z" symbols or Wagner-related imagery who are not banned.

This looks like selective enforcement of the rules.

Moderation should be fair and consistent for everyone, regardless of nationality or context. Right now it is not.

Please review your moderation policies and apply them equally.

You surley must employ morons these days. I cant name one thing that works and your client must be the worse. why would have an option to rtemember a device if you have to log in after each reboot? why would you have to verify with a code each time? do you send these codes in an actual mail? it sure as hell seems like it.... half of them arrive in an hour and half of them gets lost. I had enough nd just wont buy anymore of your games irrelevant what they are. good luck.

penny-pinching corporation

this company is owned and run by a cult of the most money hungry gremlins to ever touch the face of the earth. their greedy pork chops would genuinely sacrifice the enjoyment of every one of their players, if it meant holding on to just half an extra penny. EA business developers would unironically sit in a meeting and discuss a £5 fee for existing. somehow they manage to sell the same game every year, under the ruse of some nonsense like "we changed his ballsack textures". i would rather spend my money on 1000 hatsune miku gooner statuettes than every give another penny to these "people".

Penny Pinching EA

EA is a thief who robs in the light. This can be shown in there repeats of sports game which are pretty much the same and get gradually more expensive. Especially in there online modes such as ultimate team in FC26, where you need to spend around 500 pounds to get a team that is half decent and can win games. This also shown with them making a lack of options of how to get coins and basically being forced to spend money or 2500 hours to get a good team.

They double charged me for Sims games

They double charged me for Sims games, did not respond for two weeks when PayPal and I reached out to them. PayPal ruled in my favor, and I got a chargeback, and then EA immediately marked me for fraud and took the games back and admonished me for not contacting me when I did--three times. And double charging me is fraud that they refused to fix on their end, not mine, but they're punishing me while I'm in mourning. It's ridiculous.

Scam! Fake refund service

Scam! Denied refund within 1 hour playtime on game. Website says within 24hours. After wasting an hour with a useless customer service woman.m, she could not even give me a valid reason. Feel totally robbed. Avoid them at all costs. Deleting my account asap.
