No diagnostic report from The Dyno-Rod engineer
The Dyno-Rod engineer, Brian Benbow, called on my premises (in Pontprennau, Cardiff) to check and fix the shower, but he left after about 1 hour without fixing the shower problem and without providing a report or quotation or a receipt. I am awaiting a report on the way forward.

Toilet leak in my bathroom
I had a leak in my toilet & Dyno rod engineer came out & inspected it & told me what needed doing another engineer then came & started the work it was a sealed unit & once the panels were off he found a split in my cistern so he had to order one he came back 2 days later & fitted new cistern the service I received was very professional & respectful of my property I would recommend Dyno Rod to everyone.

Efficient friendly service
Booked for a plumber after toilet cistern developed a snall leak on Saturday. Appointment was for Monday. We were kept informed of our appointment and that we could cancel without penalty. Plumber gave us 10 minutes notice and when he arrived he gave us a quote and asked us if we wanted to think about it and make another appointment if we were happy with the quite. We told him to sort it out as he was here. The plumber was curtious and did his best to repair rather replace defective item; but in the end replacement of the isolating valve was the only option.

Had a leak from a central heating pipe…
Had a leak from a central heating pipe and called to get it fixed. Both plumbers (Lee and Chris) were absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately Lee wasn't able to fix the issue as it was a Sunday and he didn't have the part, but he still drained the system to stop the leak, put everything back in its place and was very respectful of the property. Chris on Tuesday was able to fix the problem, being able to get the parts. He fixed the pipe, fixed a blockage, put everything back and was also very respectful of the property. Both boys couldn't do enough for us, making sure that everything was fully up and running before leaving. After having some bad luck with previous plumbers, these two are a huge breath of fresh air and deserve a lot of credit. I couldn't be anymore grateful, thank you so much Lee and Chris!!

3 visits from Dyno-Rod in 4…
I’ve had 3 visits from Dyno-Rod in 4 days! Water leaking through floorboards was finally traced to a cistern with multiple issues. All the guys have been lovely, efficient and polite. Last plumber arrived 40minutes after I called the office and had all the parts needed to complete yet another repair. Office have been very helpful and dealt with Axa Insurance for me ( so can’t comment on costs). I’d use them again.
