Good service
Our local plumber was on holiday and could not find anyone else locally, so tried Dyno-Rod. Was able to book online for next day. First thing that day, I had a phone call from them saying someone would be with us in the morning and then half an hour later the plumber called to say he would be here by 11.30 and he was. Problem quickly rectified.

Great service today clearing a blocked soil pipe. The first operative was great but the engine running all the pumps in the van wouldn't work after a while. She assured me a colleague would come to complete the job. Within 2 hours a colleague came and completed the job. Both were very professional, competent and pleasant. The operative took time to demonstrate the blockage had been cleared. Very satisfied.

The engineer who attended appeared to have little idea on how to address the problem. He took a number of photographs which didn't seem to identify the source of the leakage and seemed to have poor communication skills. He was ready to issue a quote an exorbitant amount without any definition of the work to be carried out. I would seriously avoid this company
