Most times when I walk into a store I am immediately approached or within a few minutes of arriving. This time I was not approached at all until I had 3 items in my hand. I looked around and observed staff walking around and talking amongst themselves or helping younger females. I had to put my selection of items down to be able to get to a certain size of pant I was interested in trying. When I was able to pull the correct size and continue to browse only then did someone approach me and secure a room. I continued to look and selected another item and moved towards fitting room i waited a few seconds for someone to let me know where the items were put. I continued to try on my selection and again when I went to ask for assistance in a different size , waiting minutes and leaving curtain open so someone could ask me for assistance, I finally walked out myself with the clothing on and continued to get a different size myself. I observed again at one time, 4 young ladies at the register talking and not paying attention. I continued to try on my items this time maybe they realized their lack of customer service and then offered assistance for sizing. I didn't plan on purchasing anything I was just browsing but in the end I spent $400 which I seriously debated on not spending because of the lack of service and attention that was not given. I enjoy shopping at dynamite for the clothing style and line but that was an awful experience and I hope an isolated occurrence .

I asked if they had a different color of a dress I was trying on. The girl said no, but she could order it for me at the cash. The transaction was seamless and the sales person was very sweet and patient.
Also the quality of the dress was incredible! Double lined and quite heavy.

I had my own bag but paying 10cents for a bag inside a mall is not smart business practice. You are missing out on marketing.

The Nola Sculpt Tank Top needs to be longer in length so it is cropped on some of us that are taller or have longer bodies, or fuller busts (as that pulls the fabric up). Super cute, but needs to be longer, and come in different neck lines. Only good if wearing super high rise pants.

Kelly at the Chinook mall location was wonderful! She provided different tops to try on with a satin skirt that I really loved. She has an eye for fashion. Very pleasant to speak with.

I ordered a white dress online. Received dress in damaged state. I contacted dynamite and they stated I needed pictures so I said I would reach back out once I was back. Reached back out with pictures and they lied to me and said they changed the policy from 30 days to 14 days. I contacted them about return item within 30 days of buying and receiving items. Luther K was very rude on the chat. I have the transcripts to prove so. This company will not help you with customer service.

If I could input 0 stars I would. When checking out through the dynamite app, they omitted my full address while checking out. Due to an incomplete address my order was delivered to my building common area and is now missing. Now dynamite refuses to assist me even though I had input the correct address, and their glitchy app had messed up my address. I even have tested their app again and realized that even though i put in my full address when i get to the check out page, its a modified address but again a customer wouldn’t question it knowing they put in the full address.
I’ve never dealt with such horrible and unresponsive customer service, dynamite doesn’t care about their customers and they’re extremely dismissive even when they’re the ones at fault.
I’m still struggling to get proper assistance from customer service.
I would avoid purchasing from dynamite completely if you value your money and your mental health.
I think it’s extremely important for Dynamite to know that consumers are very aware that their quality of clothing is no where near worth the price of their clothes. This is literal price gouging. The quality of the clothes hav always been very low. Any pants I’ve ever bought always have holes within a couple months. The clothes don’t last and pill. I bought a pair of $80 pants a couple months ago, they’re all pilled and I don’t wear them. I bought a $30 tank top which is now pilling as well. I can find clothes on SHEIN for a fraction of the price and they are wayyyy better quality and last. I just think this is intentional, and it just wont lead to success because contrary to popular belief consumers aren’t stupid.
Was sent workout top without bra pads. When I brought it back, they did not have the size and had to purchase another colour that was not on sale

Going into the store is less stressful than ordering online. Communication is very lack when it comes to knowing when your item will be delivered.
This store is a rotten scam. I placed an order at the store on Dec 17th, exactly 2 weeks ago from today, (dec 31st) with no update or shipping info etc. So, I call them on the 28th and was told it would be escalated to there escalations team and would receive a phone call back within 24 hours. Next day rolls around, no call back. I phone them again on the 29th, and was told again I would receive a phone call back within 2 days. I call back AGAIN for the 3rd time and was told it would be an additional 5 days, and was also advised that because I keep calling them it’s getting delayed like WTH WOW, what a full running dysfunctional business they have going I’m surprised they’re still in business. This franchise is a joke. If this were the gap they would have rectified the issue on the first call and given me an incentive. I’m blown away at the level of costumer service, me having to chase down my own order, or money is quite pathetic. At this point I’m just furious and frustrated. Im glad I recorded these phone calls, about there empty promises and lies about call backs on said dates. I hope this the store goes down under. I’d never shop here again. Cheap costumer service and clothing. What was I even thinking.
Love the service, didn’t really like the dress but i might have wrongly chosen !!
