The team were very responsive. Our door handle on a door fitted five years ago had broken and they immediately sent a free replacement without any hassle at all. Quite exceptional.

We purchased Royale Stepped Aluminium Heritage Steel-replacement Windows. The look great and also meet the planning requirements of the conservation area. The folks at Duration, including Elise and James, have been very helpful and responsive when dealing with queries that have come up during / post installation.

Fantastic visit to Duration in Canvey Island today. Coral was FULL of information and could easily help us with a pretty tricky set of plans. We had our little boy there who fell in love with the Cheater statue and who Coral was fantastic with. We have come away armed with information and lots of exciting new ideas that we hadn’t considered before. We felt in fantastic hands and are looking forward to possibly working with them to design something wonderful!

After careful consideration we have decided to go with Duration for the external windows & doors in our extensive house renovation project in Chalkwell. A key factor in our selection was the excellent customer service & technical advice we have received from Duration's Sales Manager, Ken Dantes Mortimer. Ken knows their range backwards & has helped us to select exactly the right options & combinations for our project. Ken has also helped us to engineer the overall cost in the right direction which has been greatly appreciated.
