Duration don't still make the 13 year old sliding doors that were damaged in an attempted break in, but they searched their warehose for the original profile, lock, etc. and made up a perfect replacement Fantastic after sales service; really going the extra mile, where replacing 3 doors and a frame would have been more profitable. Recommend these guys highly

Needed a part for my bifold doors and Lucy was very helpful in helping me identify the part needed how to proceed with buying it and even how to replace it myself .

Very expert company.
We had a couple of minor issues a couple of years after installation which they remedied promptly with no hassle.

Great variety of stock in showroom and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Duration staff Ken Dantes was very helpful, there was no hard selling, and all our (many) questions were answered professionally and with curtesy, as well as humour .
Despite asking for several quotes these all arrived within 48hrs and are very competitive.

Ken and all the duration team were amazing. Very helpful and great communication. I wouldn’t use anywhere else for our windows and doors.

So we are only at the quotation stage, build due to start end of may, but too date Ken and the staff have been extremely helpful and clear in there estimates.

Really pleased with the doors we purchased over 10 years ago and when we recently had an issue with a door gasket a replacement was sorted very quickly - outstanding customer service from Lucy Bonham in the Aftersales Department. Would highly recommend.

We had a remote showroom viewing with Ken, looking at options for replacing our Crittall windows with aluminium look-alike heritage windows by Duration. Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products and provided us with a quote within 24-hours.

I would rate Duration Windows very highly.
In fact we intend using them in another project very soon. .
