I'm not sure where the 5 stars are coming from but I'm not sure they are genuine. Thw wirhdrawel process is beyond ridiculous. I made a request on the 8/12/25 and it is now the 14/12/25 with no sign of a payout any time soon. For the first 4 days I was constantly asked for verification documents that I swiftly provided. For thw last 3 days I have been told the same generic reps9nse from anyone and everyone I talk to. (Please be aware your documebts are waiting to ve reviewed by the relevant department). Personally 7 days for a worhdrawle request is beyond ridiculous when casionos like lottogo.com which i also play at will send payments out in a matter of hours. Honestly take notice of all the bad reviews and stay clear of this casino.

Only doing a 4 star, is because it was my face site, my withdrawals were always a couple of days which is fine, but I logged in on my new phone the other day, and it says error 505 now. And wants me to contact trustly. I have emailed them, hopefully they’ll unlock my locked account. I hope they sort their technical difficulties out, because the site is one of the best when it’s good! It would be a shame!

The duty of care team banned my account while I was in the middle of a big win. They then do not reply, do not acknowledge their own 10% rebate offer, and even at one point denied that it existed. The replies are non existent. They do not listen. Awful awful service. They deliberately closed my account as I had finally hit a big slot win. It’s an absolute scam.

You know what I love about this place? They listen. I had a quick chat with support about adding some more regional payment options, and they promised to send the suggestion to the relevant team. Just two weeks later, one of them was added. It makes a real difference feeling heard like that.

Since then, they have refused to release my money.
