Very untrustworthy firm who via the client resorted to lying in a failed attempt to repossess a property.
I went to County Court two weeks ago to overturn a repossession and won.
Although drydensfairfax and their client had been sent document confirming my finances and proof that I could pay the arrears, drydensfairfax lied by stating that them or their client had never received any proof of my finances.
The judge did not buy into it, (I also had copies of the emails and responses confirming that they had received the finance documents).
Very untrustworthy solicitor firm, shocking that they resort to lying, but unfortunately on this occasion failed badly.
Wish I could give no stars
drydensfairfax don't waste time on asking for more information, you know about the case in question review you calendar.
