Friendly and knowledgeable

Every member of Drumshack staff has been so helpful in my recent purchases. The expertise and friendly approach makes choosing the right kit much easier. It’s a real personal service rarely found these days. Very happy to recommend them.

My go-to drum shop!

Received a call after placing my order to give me a time estimate for delivery from the supplier and in the process helped me source another item that i had been struggling to get hold of! I have used drumshack many times over the years and they have always been fantastic. Fast, well-packaged delivery, great customer service. These guys obviously care about doing things properly. my go-to drum shop!

Excellent service and communication

Excellent communication from Drumshack when the item I ordered wasn't yet in stock. Still managed to get it to me really fast and were clearly happy to cancel the order if the timelines didn't work. Would happily order again from Drumshack. Thank you!
