Absolute SCAMMERS - they take your money provide fake tracking and you never get it. I ordered melatonin on 4th November and 3 weeks later have nothing. Will be taking action. AVOID

Also, they seem to have other scammers posting positive reviews for companies that have nothing to do with them on THEIR trustpilot page!! Nice

UTTERLY USELESS ONLINE STORE. Sold me a product they don't have and then just canceled the order. Just go to Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Target etc. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

Drugsupplystore.com is a TOTAL FRAUD, SCAM CHEAT company. They took my money, did NOT SHIP the items, and just kept quiet. Stay away, stay away, stay away from these crooks – you have been warned

Paid and said they shipped. Waited two weeks. Looked at bank account & they issued a refund of $50.16 less than I paid them. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

price for product was excellant.the shipping was out of this world for everything in the shipping mode,considering distance,price of product etc,will have to think about ordering from them again.have ordered from this company before.shipping was half the price of product. not really happy for that reason

Ordered an item online, it went into "shipped" status, but a week later, they still hadn't taken it to the post office. I reached out to them twice to find out what was going on, with no response. I had to go through the bank to get my money back. They did not ship the product, nor did they reply to my requests. I do NOT trust them whatsoever and would recommend going elsewhere.

I Didn't receive the quantity ordered.
Ended up getting a refund for the item & lost funds for shipping fees (which technically would have covered the purchase of almost two items, I should have just went to the store to buy the item.) Huge waste of time and lost money. Disatisfied +++++++++ as I really wanted the items.

so I made a $26 order I never received it far as I know they never shipped it when I contact customer service they're saying it was shipped delivered I never received anything they're very rude unprofessional and I will never order from them again and I advise all of you not to order from them as well they are crooked company they were they were basically accusing me I'm trying to pull a scam and I told him $25 scam is a laughing matter because I got better things to do than try to take them for $25 I just needed my products that I ordered I had 2 purchase them elsewhere. Again be very aware of this company I've heard and other blogs that the customers credit cards have been stolen and a lot of people's identities have been stolen again beware because even those people who try to get it fixed with this company they were told it wasn't their problem

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a Prenatal Cradle pregnancy support device online that I’m thinking they didn’t have in stock. They billed me for that item, generated a shipping label for that item, and told me it was shipped the day after I ordered the item and would arrive in 10 days. Eighteen days later I still don’t have it-and my baby is due in 3 to 4 more weeks. UPS says they’re still waiting for DrugSupplyStore.com to drop it off so they can update the delivery status. DrugSupplyStore.com insists the item is in transit but due to Covid-19 it will be 7 more days. I’ve been told this on two separate occasions. By the time I receive the Prenatal Cradle my baby will already be born and I won’t need it anymore.

I ordered and prepaid for six (6) bottles of Mennen Skin Bracer after shave. They delivered one (1) bottle, followed by an e-mailed notification that my entire order was delivered. No response to my complaint.

i placed and order with DrugSupplyStore.com When I did so, I never got a confirmation that my order was placed. I waited for an email for a number of days but got nothing. I tried calling but no answer. I then ordered what I needed from another company. About a week later, I get an email that said your order has been processed and is being shipped. I called and told them what happened and told them to cancel the order. They told me it was already in route. I told them I didn't want it based on their lack of communication. In the meantime, I had already received what I needed from another vendor. They told me to refuse the order and they were sorry. They said I had to pay for the shipping. As it turned out, they charged me shipping both ways. I told them this was their error and this isn't fair. They gave me "I'm sorry". I then called my credit card company and they are getting me the credit.
Beware of this company. Bad service, Bad or no communication and they do not treat customers fair.

For one order it should not take 2 MONTHS TO SHIP! It never even left and there is no way to contact them and they will not allow a refund or allow me to sign back in my account!

We were real happy to find a place we could buy these needles that my wife needs for her arthritis shoots. It was getting harder and harder to find a place to find them. We used to by 25 at a time and then people said they were having a hard finding these needles. You are a life saver.
