I don’t know why all the bad reviews. I received my order about 1.5 weeks after they shipped it (I’m in Canada so it takes longer). No issues. Plus the bandaids stay on (unlike the store ones I bought),definitely recommend!! (The only thing I’m disappointed in is when I go on the website it says that it recommends not to use the website as it’s unsafe. I would love it if the company would rectify the situation)

Awful, I ve ordered insulin syringes. Got conformation of shipment and tracking number. Next day they cancel my order due to unforeseeable circumstances.

They are bloody thieves. They will never deliver your order. They take more than 28 days to deliver and they provide misleading information for there products. There item description is always false. Dont trust them . just order from somewhere else if it cost bit more also. you will losse your piece of mind if your order from here. My order number is #944335. I should have seen there negative reviews before ordering. Now i am regretting

They were very quick at shipping. But, conveniently enough for them, requesting a return on an order results in an “internal server error” on their webpage - even after attempting over several times distanced days apart.

Order a jobst garter belt And paid $29.64 plus tax paid paid $5.64 to ship it back ..they refunded a partial payment back of $23.71 back telling they charge me for shipping they had to pay even though it was free…I would never buy from this company..

Scam company!! Don’t order anything from them. Just loose money for nothing. Why they still in the market when they are cheating people?

Incomplete order received today. Not recommended

I placed an order for £49.83 including an £11.91 shipping fee, drugsupplystore.com promptly took the funds from my account. Drug supply then proceeded to cancel the majority of my order apart from £7.96 worth of goods and an £11.24 delivery charge without informing me and issued me a refund of £30.63. When I questioned what was going on they informed me the majority of my items were out of stock, I explained that they need to cancel my entire order as I was not willing to pay £11.24 delivery for £8.96 worth of goods and they told me it was not possible as they already sent my incomplete order without my consent. I believe it's a breach of contract to take money for items that are not in stock and then proceed to send an incomplete order without my consent and no intention to fulfill the rest of my order. Looking at other reviews this company are obviously fraudulent scammers and should be closed down

Was literally called a Karen for stating I would be contacting BBB for my money back since the item they were supposed to ship to me never arrived. Verbatem: "lol good for you karen"

I ordered cologne they took my money and then said order cancelled and now no one is answering at customer service.. After two weeks I have still heard nothing back or have I been credited my money back. Now they have my credit card info!

the items ordered were never received even after contacting customer....DEAD LOSS

the worst online experience I have ever had. waited more than 2 months for my order, and yet haven't received my items. very poor customer service, keep stalling and setting dates waiting for me to forget. how did a drug store expect that someone will wait for more than 2 months to get his order?
fake tracking number. they are unreliable.

Rude customer service rep. Sent me wrong product and told me to just send it back, for no refund and buy a new product? I asked for an exchange she said 'No, again...' and repeated herself. Rude.

DO NOT USE. AVOID AT ALL COST.
They are thieves and scammers. I did not receive my order and when queried the witch of a customer rep kept lying and then eventually claimed it had been delivered and insulted me. I wish I had read the reviews before buying but the website looked ok and I was desparate, no out of pocket and no product. The website should be removed

IT'S A SCAM, SHIPMENT NEVER ARRIVES, YOU NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.

Terrible company! I ordered 20 gauge needles from them, which I use to administer fluids to my dog. The package arrived completely smashed! No bubble wrap or anything to protect the box! I tried reaching out to customer service, and they told me I'd have to send it back to get a new box. I told them I wasn't going to do that, as I needed to use the needles. I asked for a partial refund and no response. Luckily the plastic covering around the needles was intact, or the mail person would've been pricked!

Sold expired hair product (confirmed lot code with manufacturer) that was more than 5 years defunct. Attempted for months for them to honor their "defective" return policy. No response. SCAM. Likely selling stolen goods based on the lack of service.
