Great products and nice experience!
Definitely worth for money...!

My girlfriend and I visited the store in Amager in search of a new mattress. Jennie quickly greeted us with kindness, knowledge and enthusiasm. She was incredibly helpful and professional, which was particuarly nice given that we are foreigners/do not speak Danish. She made us feel very comfortable and gave us all the necessary information to purhcase the mattress for delivery to our new flat. I can definitely recommend this store, and speaking with Jennie directly.

I had an overall good experience. The service was very good and the attention from store personnel was appreciated, adding discounts to the price, making it very competitive. The delivery was completed before expected date. I arranged the delivery at home with assembling included during delivery.
The only reason I don't give 5 stars, is because one piece was missing to final assemble the bed, and I had to go myself to the store to get it and put the beds together back at home. They could also deliver the missing part, but it would take a couple of days. As compensation for the inconvenience, they offered me a new sheet for the bed.

Great communication and delivery - ordered a bedframe and it was put together super fast and it looks great 🙏😀 super happy!

God service - men laaaang leveringstid - vist nok pga at det var et black-friday-køb - så okay :)

We bought a double bed from Drømmeland for around 20.000kr, and it has a BUMP in the center, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle.

The worst part is that we complained, and after 2 months of back and forth, Drømmeland service people say that “this is normal in this kind of bed”. We didn’t get any solution from them, they only solve it if the bump is >2cm. (Ours was 1cm)

Allan, salesman from Amager Drømmeland, could have mentioned that the bed has bumps in the center, when we tried and bought the bed.

Mette Henriksen, Sengerådgiver, has been quite condescending and patronising with us on our email conversations.

Ted, on the other side, was quite helpful checking the bed.

We visited Drømmeland in Hørsholm on Saturday 8 August, having just moved to Denmark from the UK. Unfortunately we were advised on landing that there would be significant delays in our shipping container arriving and so we were in desperate need of a bed, to collect that same day.
Mr Christian Andersen went out of his way to help us and made sure that we had not only a bed but all of the necessary linens and soft furnishings to go with it. Mr Andersen’s customer service was absolutely excellent and his warm, friendly manner helped ease an otherwise very stressful situation. I cannot recommend him highly enough and the quality of Drømmeland’s products is fantastic too. It will definitely be our first port of call if we need another bed for our guest room or more linen in the future.

I couldn't have chosen the same product if I'd have bought it online. Jennie was great, she helped me with my multiple requirements on a new bed giving me advice and support. Loved it.

Fin behandling i forretningen, men Tempur sengene er alt for hårde at sove på. Ingen mulighed for bytte eller returnering selv om sengene var meget dyre, over 50.000kr.

Fantastic focus on the customer, paying attention to all details and it was clear the high concern in the highest satisfaction level. The ratio quality/price is fair and the delivery/ mounting team was also excelent. We are very satisfied and highly recommending not only to our family, friends and colleagues! There was some mistakes happened during the sales and also some scratches underneath the bed but the shop manager was very much helpful and dedicated and he could keep us satisfied at the end.
The only thing that I do not understand very well is the Drømmeland’s 60 days price gurantee policy. There has been a campaign of 40-50% discount the past few weeks which I would like to receive on my purchase too. I would like to get a clear answer from Drømmeland on this.
